Excellent service ! They came out right away and I had Kris as the technician. He was very knowledgeable and got the right diagnosis for no heat right away . He got parts within 15 minutes and we even got it under warranty. He could have scammed us on that part which was $400 but was honest. He explained everything so well to us and no snow jobs ! I was surprised the bill for labor was so cheap! I was so happy with this great experience. I was expecting a green entry level tech but got the best! I will always do business with Superior because, well, they were superior!

Superior Home Comfort was very quick in quoting a new furnace and AC system when my 20 year old central air failed during a heatwave. They installed a new system within a week and had it operational a day sooner than expected. The house cools better now than it has in years. I'm excited to see the lower gas bills for the new more efficient furnace during the winter!

I had a wonderful experience with Superior this week. Shonda the office staff answered all my questions and kept clear communication lines open about my problem with both the sales department and techs. Clancy the sales guy came out the same day of my call to get a model number from inside my furnace but ended up looking at my entire HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and went through each piece and what my options were when we start replacing our 20+ year old system. Even with this being a very busy time for them weather wise and also being a holiday week they made me a priority and was able to replace the blower motor in my furnace so our AC worked!

This is the best company that I've had a privilege to work with. My furnace went out last Monday. I had two other companies (that I found on a internet search) come out on Monday. I didn't trust what they told me (dollar amount or repair needed) so I got on Home Adviser Tuesday morning asking for referrals. Within a few minutes Clancy from Superior called me. He asked for the part number and said he would call me back as soon as possible, which he did. He said what the other two companies told me was honest and correct. I talked it over with him and I felt like the amount it would cost to get my old furnace working was too much so I should go with a new one. He came out immediately worked me through the quote process and the crew (Kris & Mike) had it installed by Wednesday. Clancy, Kris, Mike and everyone at Superior are fantastic. I will refer everyone I know to them and I will always be a loyal customer.

Replaced my furnace manufactured in 1987 this year and after a few quotes chose Superior Home Comfort as my installers. After some number crunching and much googling, we purchased the two stage variable model. I am nothing but thrilled with the way Clancy and his team handled this installation. My home was built in 1939 and like many homes of this age had some challenges and hidden “treasures”. The installers worked through them beautifully and even gave me a bit of a history lesson on heating and cooling to boot. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. If I have one complaint it’s that this team can’t fix the rest of my house!

I received excellent service on the installation of a new home air conditioner from the initial estimate through to the completed installation. The estimator displayed knowledge and confidence in the Bryant product and the installers did a very competent and workmanlike job. Superior Home Comfort employees were courteous and considerate. This is a first class, top rung company to service heating and cooling equipment needs.

Superior came to the rescue when our furnace broke down on the coldest day of the year. Not only did they fix the problem quickly , they also made recommendations to help our furnace function better, and more efficiently. This is an amazing company, with qualified techs that I highly recommend to anyone with any HVAC issues.

I've been using Kurt and his company for 5 years now! I would never think to call anyone else. They are excellent to work with. I've used them both at my business and 2 Residents. Last Summer, I called on a Saturday Morning with the Temperature in the 90's and my home Air conditioner not working. Chris answered the phone and was at my him 30 minutes later. Unit was working within 20 minutes or so. This Month we have a home with a dying oil furnace. They came out provided me with 4 options of replacements. I agreed to the more expensive option after Clancy's explanations. Couldn't be happier! Very energy efficient and a home which never seemed to warm up now is comically almost too hot! Call them, you'll be glad you did. I've recommended them to friends in the past.
