I was called I called. Got helpful info that saved me lots. The woman who took care of my concerns was amazing. And that why you call Applegate.

When we requested the heating system repair the repairing guy told us to add extra $100 and we can get a cooling system maintenance but he didn’t tell us that $100 maintenance is only good within a year. That was winter time!!! We are very busy so today when we called them they said the deal expired and refused to offer service and refund. DO NOT buy any extra service from them unless you can use it immediately. They are cheaters. We are going to talk to our CC company.

Today Tom with applegate came by to do the annual service on my furnace and A/c unit they had installed a few years previous. What a wonderful experience! Tom was super friendly, showed right on time, and easy to talk with about our system. I would definitely recommend this tech and company!

I've used Applegate since we bought our home over 10 years ago and have not been disappointed. Our furnace is pretty old, but every year they are able to come out and maintain it and keep it running reliably for us. They also noticed our water heater was starting to rust through during one furnace maintenance call and helped us get that replaced in a timely manner so we didn't encounter any problems with it. We appreciate their time and business!

We have an 18 year old AC unit that was struggling to keep the house cool. We called Applegate and Joe was dispatched to handle our call. He arrived on time, was thoroughly professional, courteous, and explained every step of his diagnostic approach. He made the repair (replacing a capacitor in the A/C control module) in about 30 minutes and the unit is now working fine.

All of the people we have had contact with at Applegate Home Comfort have been very helpful and personable. Cody has been at our home twice (for two different things) and was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful both times.

They cleaned out the vents in our 100yr old home. Then we had them install a furnace and air conditioner. Truly great guys to work with. Professional, friendly, informative, focused. I really like this company.

My experience with Applegate was excellent, and I feel very confident that my furnace has been properly cleaned and maintained. Waylon also made an excellent recommendation that will help me avoid future issues.
