Again! Aire Serv came through! I went to get in the shower tonight and the water was COLD! I’m not sure how the pilot light went out, but John came to the rescue. He called me within a few minutes after I called to ask for help, and he patiently walked me through relighting it myself. I felt heard and empowered - I was also grateful that I had hot water a couple of hours later to wash my dishes. I was also happy that I learned to do it myself in the future if necessary. Thank you again for helping me!!!

Wow these guys are fantastic! They’re friendly, clean, efficient and help you make the best decision for your money. They have serviced our furnace for us for years and they just installed AC for us last summer. If you’re looking for OUTSTANDING service and knowledge call these folks!

Air Serv was extremely helpful when my furnace died. They gave me options for different units. Jim bennett went the extra mile and helped get the area around the unit up to code. I would definitely recomend them again and too freinds and family.

We recently bought a house and were having several issues with our water heater, furnace, air conditioning unit, and thermostat. Since they were all outdated, our electricity bill was insanely high as well. In addition, we are renovating our 3-seasons room so that we can utilize the room all year. In order to do this, we needed 3 heat runs to be added to the room.

Aire Serv of Mid Michigan installed a new HVAC, thermostat, tankless water heater, and ran heat runs to the 3 season room for us. The team of employees were extremely friendly. They completed all the jobs quickly and kept us updated and informed on what tasks were being completed and why!
