Our experience with Aire Serv came as a referral from another local company and my wife and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. The care and compassion that went into every stage of the project was exceptional. From the initial quote, to the follow-up visits prior to the job, to the caring staff (both in the office and on the job site), to the well-thought-out work that was ultimately performed. It was clear to us that Aire Serv truly cares about what they do and the people they serve. Because of the extent of work needing to be completed at our home and the associated costs, we wanted the right company for the job. We definitely made the right choice with Aire Serv and will continue to be customers for years to come.

My heat went out on a cold Saturday morning and Aireserv was the only company I could get to come out. Our technician Brad Sherman could not have been more pleasant to deal with. He was professional and courteous. He was able to get us up and running and provided some upkeep tips for us. I highly recommend this company and if you do call for service, you will be lucky if Brad is your technician.

My AC is 20+ yrs old and my furnace is almost 30 yr old. In dog years they should both be buried in the backyard pet cemetery But thanks to Aire Serve intervention they aren’t yet. 2 years ago they got my furnace running again and the tech was open and honest, letting me know things were a band aid fix buying me some time to get resources for a replacement furnace. Yesterday a wonderful young tech Tim Lane completely inspected my furnace with pictures inside and out to show me that time was up and decisions needed to be made. We covered safety and health issues present, not to scare me but to make me aware of band aid versus doing the job right (my words not his). I will be meeting with a rep next Friday to discuss furnace replacement. Because of their techs and their above and beyond care of me and my home and not pushing me I have found myself trusting this company with my life and safety. Because of a sweet young tech and some magic he took care of my obsolete air conditioner and got me through the summer, now Tim Lane who probably saved my life per finding a carbon monoxide leak from my soon to be replaced furnace. I recommend this company and their amazing techs to take care of you and your family while doing their best to help keep the cost affordable. Thank you so much.

The duct cleaning service was very thorough. Each supply and return vent was cleaned and the trunk lines were all cleaned out as well. 2 employees worked from 830am to 130pm. They were both very nice and professional. They wore masks the entire time too. The before & after photos they took reveled quite a difference in the amount of dust removed from the HVAC system. I was on the fence about having my ducts cleaned because researching some gov websites had limited things to say about if it is effective and I didn’t know how complete of a job they would do. Helps to ask questions. Aireserv was happy to answer all my questions and let me watch alongside them as they worked since I like knowing how it all gets done. My 1300 sq ft house is from the 60s and I have no idea on how the previous homeowners lived... pets/HVAC upkeep/etc. I have had some recent renovations occur since I purchased the place, 5 yrs ago, some drywall being one thing, and decided to take the chance. Glad I did, I feel more relaxed about my indoor air quality. Of course, the process kicks up some dust, but a vacuum and dusting took care of that. A furnace tune up was included.

We had our annual furnace check today by Aire Serv. As usual the technician-Nick was professional and polite. Their folks are always a pleasure to deal with and I am glad when we installed new equipment that we went to Aire Serv.

Jon was fantastic. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly on a Sunday night. Jon fixed the problem on the spot and he had air again within 30 minutes of his arrival on a very hot day. We also rejoined the maintenance program so they will check our furnace and air conditioner before winter and spring. Thanks Air Serv and Jon!

I highly recommend AireServ. Fast, friendly and professional. I really appreciated the technician (Brad) explaining what he was doing, why and how things work. I signed up for the Advantage Plan so I won't have to worry about who I will be calling in the fall to look at our furnace!

I came home from work to find a home at 60 degrees. The furnace was warm but had no air circulation. Nick Sachjen came to my rescue with a smile and a professional attitude. He was able to find the problem, give me information about the condition of my furnace and solutions for it. I very much appreciated his helpful attitude as he was able to explain what was wrong and repair it.

Our furnace quit working 1/11/2020 and I called for a service tech. Nick called promptly and was at our house within the hour. It was determined that the furnace needed to be replaced. Now we already knew this but we were hoping to get thru the winter with it. Nick apologized a few times because of the bad news but like I said we already knew so we just had to push the timeline up. Eric showed up Monday morning to go over our options and explained everything in detail. We had the furnace installed today and so far a very happy with it.
