Rich came out and was super helpful in explaining what he was doing and what happened to our unit. He was never pushy and was patient with me and my questions.
There are people who are professional but not friendly, which can feel scripted and fake; Rich was a pro and friendly and I’ll call Aireserv in a heartbeat in the future.

The technician, Travis was fantastic. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to make sure that our AC was fixed correctly. We also met with Ken, who is the consultant for purchasing a new AC unit. He was fantastic. Gave us a lot of great information, without making us feel pressured. He was extremely patient and professional. I would absolutely recommend Aire Serv.

The service from Brian our technician was outstanding. Not only did he spend over an hour on the phone on a Friday night helping troubleshoot our problems with our furnace, he also spent a Saturday repairing it. Our experience with Aire Serv was exceptional from start to finish. Not only did we receive a reminder call the day prior, the day of, Aire Serv called to confirm that the technician was on-schedule and should arrive close to the beginning of our appointment. In addition, we received an email with a picture of our technician! To top it off, our technician called when he was on his way. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism, knowledge, and thoroughness that our technician exhibited. Alex explained exactly what he was doing and how our system works. I will definitely recommend the entire Aire Serv Team!

I was very pleased with Air Serv of Mid Michigan until they left me stranded with a broken AC in 90 degree weather. One or two days after they came to do the maintenance my AC failed to work. I called but nobody was able to call me back. I called again and they finally set a date to come an see the AC two weeks later. The heat and the humidity were bad enough that I could not wait that long so I had to find somebody else to come and replace both units. I am very disappointed also with Air Serv because last year they pushed me to buy an "Air Flow" device to clean my air and I already have one installed in my furnace. I do not think this is good business practice. Therefore, unfortunately, I have to terminate my business with Air Serv.

I had a furnace that would not blow hot air. I called Aire Serv and they could not have been more friendly or helpful. Jon Steinbrenner came out to my house. He was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained my options. After explaining my options and allowing me to choose the best one, he quickly fixed my furnace and had hot air blowing again in no time at all. Overall a great experience.

We noticed that it seemed like our whole home humidifier was not working properly this winter as the air in our house was very dry. After extensive searching on the web on how to check for problems myself, I ended up turning to the experts and called Aire Serv of Mid Michigan.

I was set up with an appointment in less than a week from my call and on the day of the appointment I received a courtesy call advising when they were on their way. I met with Brian and Chad who were both very polite, professional and took the time to rule out all options before determining that it was the circuit board on the control panel that was not functioning. The part needed was ordered right then (Monday) and was available on Tuesday at which time I received a call from Aire Serv to set up a second appointment to come back and install (which we scheduled for Wednesday). On Wednesday afternoon I met at my home with Brad who took the time to answer all my questions upon installation of the new control panel and was just as courteous as Brian and Chad two days before him.

Within a weeks time my issue was resolved and my family is breathing comfortably once again. The interaction I had with all three of these gentlemen (and the office staff too) will have me using Aire Serv for any future HVAC needs. The professionalism of your employees is greatly appreciated!

Richard was very professional and knowledgeable when serving my furnace. He pointed out different functions of the furnace and how it worked. He wrote estimates and explained them to me, also saying if I wanted someone would come to my house and give me an estimate on a new furnace.
I am very pleased with their service and would recommend them for your HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Waking up to cold temps is never pleasant but one call to Air-Serve and we were well on out way to heat! Nick was very polite from the initial call to the end of the service repair. He quickly knew what needed replaced, had the part with him and had it replaced in no time. They are courteous to not track in snow and vacuumed when he was finished
Nick is very knowledgeable, courteous and so pleasant to talk too. Loves dogs too!

I have used AireServ for several years. They have been responsible for both tune-ups and repairs of our furnace. I have always been pleased with their work. The technicians I have encountered have always been prompt, honest, and thorough in their work. I highly recommend them.
