My furnace was working just fine but figured I should have it checked out and they did the install. They found my blower motor needed to be replaced which was under warranty but now my DE humidifier pump is going out. And they came out to check it charged me a $117 just to look at it and say it needed to be replaced. I don't believe in quincidence I've had absolutely 0 issues till they come out. I have them come out to do the check up. And now I'm having issues with my furnace. Draw your own conclusions but they will never touch my furnace again.

I called today, Sunday and quickly received a call back from Jennifer. She walked me though the problem, and even called me back a second time to continue the process.

We determined that the problem is most likely a limit switch that I believe I can replace myself. She didnt try to talk me out of it which was refreshing. So I an going to call Cappy tomorrow morning and hopefully they have the part. If I do have a problem with the repair , I know that I will be calling Cappy Heating & Air Conditioning to fix it for me.

I wanted to share how much I appreciate the support that Jennifer provided me. My A/C went and we needed after hours support. She was prompt in returning my message, tried to help understand the condition while on the phone. She didn't have any openings this weekend, but called me back when a customer cancelled and fit me in on Sunday. The technician was able to resolve the problem onsite as well (Sanchez).
Thanks so much for going the extra mile to help us out with the temperatures in the 90s!

If i could give 100 stars i would. My furnace was not working at all while we had temperatures in the single diggets. Amy Randall took the time to walk me step by step over the phone (for free) to trouble shoot the problem. She was absolutely amazing. Needless to say, she saved me lots of money and was able to solve the furnace problem. My family and i now have heat. Again, i am so very very thankful to Amy and the Cappy company!!! I will absolutely without any doubt be a returning customer!!!

I have used Cappy for all my heating and cooling needs for years. The office staff is great, the technicians are skilled, and I can't imagine not using them. Highly recommend!

I have never dealt with a more unprofessional, useless, company in my life. First, they claimed they couldn't contact me back because my "phone doesn't allow blocked calls" ...well, that's a lie. My roommate and I tested it after sitting for an hour on the phone with AT&T trying to figure out why I couldn't receive the call. Then when I made contact through the answering service, Jennifer told me to take my filter out, shut down the furnace for 30min and then turn it back on without the filter in it. Then she said she would call back in an hour and a half....guess what? 3 hours pass, and NO CALL. So, I call back. They said that they would "put the call through again." But, yet again, NO CALL...called back to give them my roommates # to see if that would work, still my roommate had to call back 3 times. Finally when she made contact, the same lady answered and gave her the same run through as me. My roommate explained that we just want someone to come out and the lady started challenging her about it, yelled at my roommate and then ended the call. Needless to say I was willing to pay, willing to listen, wasted my whole day, and my house is still 85° because of their arrogance and terrible customer service skills.

We have had 3 different companies come out and look at the a/c the past few years and no one could ever fix the problem. Cappy Heating & Air Conditioning came out within a few hours and stayed until midnight to fix the problem. Staff were friendly and did a thorough job. Great experience.

Jennifer tried her best to help me over the phone to fix the problem but unfortunately we were not reaolve the problem. When I told her the brand of furnace I have, she explained that they do not have the parts to fix my furnace over the weekend. She recommanded someone, but unfortunately the number for the person she recommended is no longer in service, which is not her fault or Cappy's fault. Excellant customer service.
