I emailed a request for service, and a quote for some more equipment, and they were very prompt to respond, and scheduled the following day. I was very happy with the service person and the work he performed. I will use them again.

My 20 year old AC fan stopped rotating on a hot summer day. I called Cappy and my service request was promptly scheduled for the same day.
Within hours of my call, a Technician named Owen arrived to my home, diagnosed the problem, and replaced a failed capacitor.
It was back up and running like new within hours of my initial call.

Cappy came out and did maintenance in the summer and this fall for us when the people that installed our furnace (5 years ago) just didn't respond to us. Why they didn't respond ... I don't know. Maybe it was we lived in Detroit. Anyway "Izzy" from Cappy was professional, personable, and just knew his way around the system. He ferreted out an inoperable valve that was the trouble with our humidifier not working and gave us a heads up that our gas pressure from DTE was not high enough for the system to work as well as it should have. DTE is coming out today to trouble shoot that. We'll be using Cappy from here on out.

10/20/22: Izzy was out again today and continues to talk me through getting my system up and running the way it should. He's a real gentleman and works hard to keep my system running smooth and efficiently.
