Izzy was fantastic! Came and took care of our AC unit so it will function better and keep our house cool. Suggested a different air filter to help but at no point try to up sale me or talk me into something I didn’t need. Very happy with my service and will be using them again!

Had a A/C not working on the hottest day of the year so far and Amy was able to dispatch service technician out and able to provide a quick temporary fix all while working with the manufacturer to get us replacement parts. Everything completed in less than a week and she made sure I didn't go through a single day without A/C after I made the call!

Our air conditioning unit quit working a couple of days ago. I could see a nest inside the unit which I believe was made by chipmunks. I could see they had chewed on the wiring. I had Cappy install the Trane AC and furnace in 2010. They did a great job installing then. I have not had any problems with the unit until now. I called and they were able to get out the next day. This was amazing since we we’re experiencing temperatures in the high 80s for days and we’re predicted to continue for many more days. Service demand was high. They said they could be out between 4 and 6 PM. They called and said they were on their way at 3:30. Bryon and Justin showed up a short time later. They inspected the unit and saw the chipmunks next and also a bumblebee nest. These guys were great. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. They had the chipmunks evicted and the unit up and running in about 30 minutes. I told them the bumblebees could stay since the hive/nest was under the unit. My wife is a gardener and welcomes these pollinators. Anyway, we were completely satisfied with all aspects of their service, including price. I definitely will use them again and recommend them to others. Great Job!

While at work, we noticed the homes dryer, hot water heater and furnace were not working. We provide care for 3 individuals with disabilities so it’s imperative that we have all 3 things working. Upon looking at the gas meter we determined there was no gas going to the home so we contacted our provider who sent out a technician who replaced the meter and regulator however that did not fix our issue. They advised us to contact someone who could replace the gas line into the home. We called the 24/7 emergency service line and the woman (I cannot remember her name but she was AMAZING) was so kind and walked me through several different trouble shooting things we could do over the phone. When those did not work she sent Justin over to the home to assess what needed to be done. Just showed up right on time and was absolutely amazing and understanding of the home and the work we do. After he competed his assessment it was determine that we needed a new gas line, which normally isn’t something they do often, but he wanted to help our individuals out and they agreed to do the job for us. We cannot thank both enough for helping us during what was a hectic time for our staff and friends who live there.

Great service and the owner personally gave me a call to help troubleshoot an issue. Great company and I would call them anytime I have any other issue. I Enjoy experiences when the company tries every option to save you money and give great advice on all your options. They care about the customer!

I recently had service from Cappy Heating and Cooling. I am not happy with the service. When they were done with the service, they told me it would only be a "Temporary Fix" then I was billed for 350.00 dollars. 2 Hours later the furnace went out again. I understand my furnace was 25 years old but I feel they should of been more transparent on the issue. They did not want to come back to help me , to only say we will sell you a furnace for 4000.00. I would not recommend this company.

Cappy has amazing service too to bottom. From the service tech Jennifer being incredibly helpful over the phone diagnosing the problem, to Bryan coming to my house at 8:00 on a Friday night to assess and fix the problem, it was a fast, easy, relatively cheap installation and I would recommend them to everyone. Even with the weekend prices, it was reasonable, and I wasn’t upsold into anything I didn’t need. They are fair and responsive, nice and knowledgeable. If you need help with your HVAC system, Cappy’s who you should rely on.

I have routinely been using Cappy to perform preventative maintenance in the summer (for A/C) and winter (for Furnace) and have never encountered issues. Most recently, Bryan was the service technician who visited our house and he was great. He showed up on time, performed a thorough and professional service, left detailed notes on what he did (which I really appreciate), and made sure to clean up well when he left. I will definitely continue to use Cappy for this routine maintenance, and would recommend friends and family to do the same. If I had to provide a complaint it would be with their office staff; they are very friendly but not the sharpest group of people. Sorry, I’ll update this review if I see improvement next time. Bryan, on the other hand, and the other guys who have come to the home: A+. That’s all that really matters.

Cappy saved my pipes on Christmas Eve! I called at least 10 places and the only one to respond and call me back was Cappy! I am out of town and my friend checked my new house I am moving in, and the house was 31°, so my pipes started freezing. Neighbors brought in portable heaters to warm up the pipes in the kitchen and within four hours or so Cappy was there and replaced a gas valve on my furnace. A very popular company who I have used and trusted in the past came out two different times, a week apart, and said it was other things. I could’ve had thousands of dollars in damage but instead I have two small broken pipes under my sink. I am so thankful for Cappy and will definitely use them in the future. They saved my pipes, a lot of money, and my Christmas!!

We had an issue with our thermostat which ultimately was caused by a blown fuse. Jennifer reached back out to me minutes after I left a call on a Friday evening, and tried to troubleshoot for me as well. After it was determined a visit was needed Owen and Jennifer set up appointment and quickly fixed. They were professional and had a great response time.
