Called at 11 PM on a Saturday. Got a call back within 5 minutes from a professional, friendly and intelligent tech named Jennifer. She helped me get my furnace back up and running without it costing a single dollar. I am floored and will be using them for any future needs.

These folks really came to bat!! Their service and customer service are outstanding!!!
The recent floods in south east Michigan caused a lot of grief for many people, but Cappy Heating and Cooling were there for us! They came out in a timely fashion and stuck too all their appointment times with us and provided an awesome LENNOX BRAND FURNACE. Another company claimed we would either need to replace an expensive heat exchanger or replace our entire 15 year old furnace. Justin came out and discovered that wasn't true, recommended a cleaning and some less expensive parts that could help extend the life. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Awful customer service! The dispatcher was pleasant enough, although it took a couple of calls from me to get a call back from a tech. I would like to think that I just caught Jennifer (tech) on a REALLY bad day because I was horrified by the way I was talked down to; going as far as raising her voice at me. She had an attitude throughout the entire phone call, especially when I let her know that I had been through the basics already and would like a tech to come out, not try to diagnose through a phone call because this had already been done without success . I cannot judge on how well they get the job done because I will not be using their services after that nightmare of a phone call!

Quick excellent service. Our Tech was knowledgeable and deduced the the problem within minutes. He also gave us a bunch of tips on how to keep our furnace and AC running well. Very personable and polite!
