I had had nothing but trouble with my 3 Waterfurnace geothermal units in the past and had hired 2 other companies to service them. Each previous time, I felt that the techs were sending me on a wild goose chase. No one was able to come to a logical diagnosis and solution. I was recommended several different options, some costing close to $50k.

Justin came and really took the time with the specific diagnostic equipment for the units to understand and troubleshoot my issues. He methodically isolated the problems, explained the situation to me in a way that made sense, and implemented plans to fix them. He also spent several hours dialoguing with Waterfurnace tech support to tune my units to optimal specs.

As a result, my units are working better than I can imagine. He didn’t try to upsell me and really tried to avoid extra expense on my behalf. So glad that I was able to find a trustworthy expert to help with my HVAC.

Cappy was the company that installed our heating and AC when our home was built in 2003. If we had an issue I didn't hesitate to call them. They are quick to respond very professional and always take the time to explain in terms we can understand what is going on. Just today I talked with Jennifer over the phone who is walked me through some trouble shooting steps on our furnace. She was a great help with our issue. Won't hesitate to call them again when needed.

Probably the BEST customer service experience I've ever had: My air conditioner just suddenly stopped cooling just as we were getting 90 degree temps! Jennifer helped me first by getting me scheduled for a service call the same day I called when other companies couldn't get to me for 10 days. I needed a part for my unit - so then Amy jumped in getting me the part asap - even with the holiday coming up. Both Jennifer and Amy kept in contact with me - they called me - I didn't have to call on the progress of service calls or parts being delivered. The service technicians I had were also wonderful - they showed up during their scheduled time; called me to tell me they were on their way; and very respectful of my property to not dirty my floors or home. I would definitely use this company again - and have already told many of my neighbors and friends of the GREAT experience I had.

Everything went great initially, we knew from other techs that had come out the inducer motor needed to be placed, decided to go with Cappy due to Jennifer and Justin’s genuineness and helpfulness in getting everything figured out for us. Really appreciated Jennifer’s efforts in trying to get things fixed ASAP as we had no heat with small children in the house. However, it’s been over a month since a temporary part was put in (was told it’d be replaced within a week) and we have yet been able to get in contact with anyone at Cappy. Meanwhile, there is red liquid dripping out of the tubes on the temporary part and pressure switches are just hanging out of the unit...

Update: got ahold of someone at the office who apologized and explained the delay in shipment. Had a tech come out the next day and fixed everything.

I’m pretty excited about the switch that we made to Cappy. We were fortunate to get them on site with an hours of having an issue with our HVAC system, and repairs were made same day. In addition we decided to do the annual maintenance plan which unfortunately has it been done on a regular basis in the past. I’m excited to work with these folks and I found them extremely knowledgeable.

These guys were top notch when it came to customer service. They were here right on time, wore masks and put on shoe covers to enter our home. I personally know very little about HVAC so they could have told me about anything. But, in they were very honest. Squirrels had done some repairable damage to the outside unit. They went over every detail of the bill and what could be expected at their next visit. They seemed to enjoy what they do and that reflected in our experience. I would suggest Cappy to anyone who is in need.

Cappy Heating & Air Conditioning has been a lifesaver. I will save you all the dirty details, but when the geothermal system that came with our house died, not only did Cappy recommend we remove it and replace it with a conventional furnace and central air - rather than continuing to dump money into a system that I'm not sure EVER worked effectively - they also helped me navigate some major issues with our city where geothermal is considered a utility. Cappy saved us THOUSANDS of dollars with their knowledge and expertise of their service department and specifically Amy. I cannot speak highly enough of their work and especially their customer service. Thank you Cappy!

Cappy really helped me out after another company came out and claimed the sky was falling and my entire HVAC needed replacement. Everyone at Cappy is honest, helpful, friendly, and prompt. You could go elsewhere, but if you want personal service with fair and honest assessment, call them. They are amazing!
