Brandon wouldn't stop the work he was doing (installing Pedestal bathroom sink) until the job was done right. He went back to the hardware store, several times, to get the best parts to do the work perfectly.

Service techs have always gone above and beyond. Schedule coordinator with city inspections has been smooth. Install guys have been great and honest. I just question the communication between service companies and inspection regulators since one will say one thing and one another- an industry problem that needs to get resolved since customers like me pay the price and it shouldn’t be the case.

Nick came out to my place to fix multiple issues and I couldn't be happier with the service provided, even just in the initial meeting. He knew exactly where to look and what the problems were, even going so far to explain to my property management the problems and best solutions. He really took the time to discuss it with them and handled a very long phone call with ease and professionalism. Will definitely be using Service Professor for any future problems. Installed new exterior water faucet on our deck, where none existed. Brandon did a fantastic job, great service and communication, and a perfect end result!! He even used a piece of wood from an old bourbon barrel I had for the mount.

Cade worked on our electric GFCI outlet resetting issues and fixed the neutral wiring and the plugs created from recent Foam insulation foam filling. He deserves a raise! He got those working and now has quotes in to fix our doorbell wiring and the corroded Outlet Plug as well. Great service and really was done fast! Highly recommend for electrical needs.

Frank and Blake finished up replacing our outlet box and also installed a new modern doorbell.

Jordan, Mike, Landon, and Isaac plus second crew that came to help. These men did a fantastic job. Jordan kept me informed the whole time about what was going on. Carl and Ryan were awesome and a blast to have service us! They didn’t know what they were getting into when they showed up at my crazy busy house. From my son’s diaper change making them wait to get started to navigating my maze of trick doors, they rolled with it all perfectly:) Ryan took it like a pro when he left practically wearing a ghillie suit from extracting multiple birds nests from our ducts! And Carl has the perfect mixture of professionalism, amiability, and a ton of laughs! These guys made my morning! Will definitely call again:)
