Service Professor

Jonah was fantastic! Our AC system went out on us before a heat wave, and he was able to come out days before any other company. He was timely, prompt, professional and informative!

We are new homeowners and not all that familiar with our unit. Jonah took the time to walk me through every aspect of the system, recommended suggestions for keeping it clean and maintained without being pushy about selling us products, and most importantly - he got us back up and running!

This project install was done while I was at work but I was completely at ease knowing the standard of professionalism Service Professor expects. They took great care to follow the instructions I left for them in my absence and were polite, efficient, and helpful when I returned home. Nolan answered all questions, made sure everything was working perfectly, walked me through how both the AC and furnace worked, and was clear about what my next steps were (city inspections, etc.). I am so excited to finally have AC and know I am taken care with this company.

Very nice and informative, and very well mannered. Every question I asked was answered. I spoke about how I have asthma and very bad allergies and they explained what my new system is doing especially now that its cleaned out!! They even showed me the before and after. Carl and Ryan did an amazing job!! I'm so happy with everything they did. Thanks again guys you're awesome!!

Had some electrical issues with an Old breaker switch. Called Service Professional. Joshua arrived within a 2 hour window. Immediately recognized and fixed the problem. This is the second time I’ve used them. Couldn’t be more happy with the Service and Professionalism. They’ll definitely be my go to company for home services.

So happy to have this project done! Service Professor was the only one who put our electrical update/upgrade in writing so we had to go with that! So professional, little higher than what others quoted but the service was on point! I would definitely recommend Nathan Belden and the whole crew.

Andrew was professional and informative. He was thorough and honest about pricing and process. Luke came out with a teammate to perform the actual repairs and they went above and beyond to fix a poor construction issue with our plumbing,left everything clean,and were friendly and efficient. Hopefully I don't need Service Professor again, but they are my new first stop for home issues.

Had service professor come in last October to fix a couple outlets that were dead. 2 and a half hours produced nothing but a wall switch I knew was bad which operated the plug. The other plug still dead, tech couldn't figure out why. I'm very unhappy with the service 209 dollars for pretty much nothing. Do not use these people, they take your money and do not fix what's requested. I will NEVER use them again.

I had the pleasure of meeting Andrew and Nico this week. They were extremely professional and thorough in explaining what they did with the water heater! Also explaining in detail how old my furnace and water heater are and what my options are to replace one or both. Even down to the financing options. I will definitely use this service again

As you know, having your water heater go out can be a stressful thing. I honestly wasn't sure who to call, being that we had never had to have one replaced before. From the very first phone call I knew this was a quality, professional business, because they were very pleasant and took the time to explain everything, as far as what our options were and what we could expect. They stayed in touch well throughout the process, and even installed our new water heater two days sooner than we expected, which was awesome! We had a 5 Star experience with Service Professor. Highly recommend.

As soon as he arrived, he got right to work, and he made sure I was taken care of. I would easily have him back over anytime for how professional he was and his knowledge far exceeded those who had come over prior. 5 stars all around
