Service Professor

In the Kalamazoo ice storm of ‘23 I had several trees and wires down in my yard. The power company was going to cut my power as a safety precaution. Due to the age of my home, my breaker box was no longer adequate now was I able to use a generator properly. I called service
Professor. Within the same day they came to the rescue and set an appointment and financing to not only save the day, but my sanity. And add value to my home. Today (2 days after initial contact) my panel has been updated and as I am staring down a last winter storm- I have my generator on standby!!!! Thanks for giving a piece of mind

Timely. Nick was here ftom 8 am until 11 am. He came to fix a pipe leak and proceeded to try to sell me a new water heater. He showed me pictures of a badly corroded water heater on his phone. Since I am unable to go downstairs I could not see for myself. I called my appliance warranty program. Their plumber fixed the pipe. Nothing wrong with the water heater. This was verified by another source.

Ron and Andrew were great! Thorough, friendly, professional. They quickly found the source of our problem during the duct cleaning. We needed a new furnace filter and they even took the time to go to the store to get one and install it before leaving. The company was quick to respond to questions and easy to schedule.

We have nothing but good words to say about our plumber today. How refreshing to have a personable and competent young woman like Natalie show up to clear our drain! Kudos to Service Professor for having an academy for the trades and for being open to training a diverse group of students!

Dustin and Ben came out to install a new electrical boot and breakers on our existing electrical panel a couple of months ago. They were both very willing to answer my questions and allow me to watch what they were doing during their visit. They explained not only the process but the reasons why. We have now had both their HVAC and electrical technicians in our home. Their office staff is excellent too - taking care of everything from our payments to the necessary permits with the city to filing a rebate with our electrical company. I would highly recommend Service Professor!

Jeff L. is incredibly knowledgeable. When I see he is our technician, I know the problem will be solved. He has been here twice and is always wonderful. He works quietly during nap time, has a positive attitude, and shares his insight and knowledge with us - helping us to learn more about our own systems.

Sam Tran was very professional and helped us find the heating an cooling system that worked best for our household. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He was able to get us set up for installation within the week as well as having our ducts cleaned. The installation and duct cleaning went great. We are very satisfied with the company as a whole. Everything has went smoothly and we have beem able to enjoy our heat AND cooling systems in the past week thanks to the crazy MI weather!

We've been experiencing 90 degree days and I had 2 units running non stop. All of a sudden the breaker kept tripping. I called Service Professor and explained my mom is 90 years old and the extreme heat will be a lot for her. They dispatched someone ASAP. Peter was the technician and he did an amazing job. Very thorough. Explained things well. Required follow up and he returned the following day and completed everything and even added last minute light fixture installation. Very professional and detail oriented. Will definitely call them in the future if I find myself in need.

We had a sewer backup in our basement. Nate came out to unclogged the drain. He was really nice. Great customer service went over what he was here to do. Very courteous and friendly. He got the drain unclogged and his supervisor will be coming soon to see if there are any other issues.

When our water heater wasn't working right, Nick came out to address the problem. He was kind personable and professional. He was also very patient in answering all our questions. The damage was more than we expected and not repairable.

Nick explained our options well and helped us pick the right replacement for us. He was also fantastic in guiding us through payment options to find the best solution for our needs. He took care of scheduling and getting our hot water heater installed and running the very next day.

Nick was also able to schedule another appropriate technician for an additional issue. We are very satisfied with the level of service Nick provided both as an individual and a representative of Service Professor.
