At the end of spring, I contacted the company about getting an AC wall unit. A guy came over and took some measurements and said it's hard to find and would be several months. He was very professional and I was in no hurry so I would get back in the fall. So I have been trying to get a call back going on 3 weeks.

1st time - no answer
2nd time - no one was around and call back later
3rd time- man answered and directed me to a female associate voice-mail
4th time- The person that did the visit originally isn't around and took my information and would call me back.

I am going on 3 weeks and have still not gotten a call back even after either giving my info or leaving a voice-mail. The guy that did the initial visit and consultation was great, but apparently getting something as simple as an update or a call back is too much trouble for the company.

These guys are amazing!
They typically have appointments available within a couple days if not the day of. They are fast, professional, and effective. I've never had a single issue with any of the work they have done! They are also very reasonably priced and extremely courteous.
Highly recommend!

Awesome service! Our boiler would not start up and we have a newborn in a freezing house. The employee that typically does these jobs was booked for a week, so Paul, the owner, came out within a few hours and stayed well past normal business hours until we had heat again. We would definitely recommend!

Great service, very quick and polite. The dispatcher let me know someone would be by between 10 and noon. An older gentleman named Dale arrived a little before 11. It took about 2 hours to add shutoff valves under 3 bathroom sinks (new shutoffs, not replacements) and fix a leaky shower.

I called to ask questions about their services. Before I could even get the question out, I was interrupted and asked "are you with a commercial company." When I told him I was with a property management company he said "we don't do work for companies like yours." When I asked for more information he acted very annoyed to the point I had to ask if he had a bad experience with our company. He said "no, but can you just ask your question".... I suppose when there is a shortage of quality workers you can be a jerks to callers. Update: Scott called and apologize later that day for having a bad day. I increased the star rating based on that.
