When my toilet clogged and was leaking through the floor into the basement they came out within the hour! They diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes and we very reasonably priced! I would definitely recommend them again!

Called to make an appointment. Dispatcher was rude. I then called Service Professor and they offer the save service as Kentwood for half the cost and they're pleasant. Go to Service Professor instead and save some money and a hostile phone call.

Joe was wonderful and took good care of us and the situation we had.

Dale is an extremely polite human. He's knowledgeable, quick and even stopped to show me what he was doing. I would highly recommend these guys if someone ever asked me!

I liked their service and pricing....however, nobody has reached out to see if the 5k+ I spent on 2 jobs are functioning properly. To me....that's BAD customer service. Highly doubt....because of that reason alone....I won't do business with them in the future.

We had a repair man come over 3 times, to diagnose our furnace over a period of close to a week. It ended up being a gas valve . Cost $ 800.00.
