Absolutely incredible service! Mike and his team of installers, John and Morgan, were fantastic to work with. Mike never tried to oversell, he only made sure we got the products we needed and took the time to explain what the differences were. Great pricing, great communication, and a great company. Came home to no heat... after 48 hours of phone calls and service wait lists we had one company come out that we had worked with before, found the problem, got a quote for the broken equipment and repair, and an estimate for a new furnace- the better option in this case. Then I called the furnace doctor for a second opinion and quote, the office staff quickly arranged a same day service appointment! Mike called me almost immediately and we talked through the broken equipment, he patiently waited while I found serial numbers, and explained the issue over the phone. He was able to quote me equipment and repair over the phone immediately. He then came to my house personally and confirmed the issue. Again a new furnace was the way to go. He quoted me for a new furnace and took our pending basement remodel into consideration. He went above and beyond not only offering excellent equipment, service, prompt arrival, and clear communication he also drove to a job site and retrieved 2 heaters capable of heating 800sq feet each. In under two hours we saved 35% and were scheduled to receive a consumer reports top rated furnace. I breathed a real sigh of relief, my house was comfortable and safe for the first time in days as the temperatures dropped into the teens outside. He and his team completed the job in a professional manner. Would highly recommend Mike and the Furnace Doctor.

Mike the owner has gone above and beyond for a series of unfortunate HVAC events. When my furnace started smelling unusual he had a technician over same day to diagnose and make sure it was safe. When they determined the furnace needed to be replaced, Mike gave me a great price to upgrade and had someone here within 24 hours to do a full replacement. He even showed up to help with the install. When my AC went out in the dead of summer, Mike came through again with a price that hands down was much better than the other big name companies in the area. He also once again had a technician here the next day to do the install. Won't go anywhere else but the Furnace Doctor for my HVAC needs in the future.

I called the Furnace Doctor for a quote on a garage heater. Mike promptly came out and gave me the quote. His quote was very reasonable compared to several others I had. Mike fully shared all of the options with me and was able to answer all of my questions. He went above and beyond from start to finish and the Furnace Doctor has gained a lifetime customer. Fantastic owner and a great company who genuinely cares about their customers!

I had the pleasure of working with Mike, one of the owners. We were told by another contractor that we needed a complete new HVAC system, but we weren't sure how legitimate it was. The other contractor's price was several thousand dollars higher than what the Furnace Doctor quoted. Mike took the time to explain our options without any hype, and as a former Engineer for a leading manufacturer, I strongly doubt that anyone has more knowledge about product capability or current technology than Mike!

Mike took the time to answer all my questions about the units he proposed, and I appreciated that he didn't feel the need to oversell, but recommended just the right ones for our home. And even though his team was super busy with other service calls, he and his partner came out to do the installation of our products! He helped set up our new IoT devices on my wife's phone, and even came back a few days later to set them up on my phone, as well! That is very impressive, and going the extra mile to make sure he has satisfied customers!

The owner, Mike, called me within a couple hours of my post on google to find out what caused me to write my original bad review. He apologized and arranged for another company to come out today to address the issue I was having with my furnace. He followed up with text messages and a voice mail to make sure I was receiving excellent customer service. What made his response so FANTASTIC was he did this while he was on vacation in Mexico. This man obviously takes a great deal of pride in his business and want to make sure his customers receive the highest level of customers service. The service technician that came to the house was very thorough and checked multiple things to make sure this issue was resolved before he left.

Normally I don't like to leave reviews like this, but I have given this business sufficient time to respond to my service call. I place a service call on Monday because my furnace was backfiring making noises loud enough to wake us up. No return call. Called again on Tuesday, No return call on Tuesday or Wednesday. Called again on Thursday and the call center listed it as a service call emergency and noted it was my third call. I even have a service contract with the company :(
Let's see how long it takes them to respond or if they respond.....

Mike, Scott, and Gage were awesome! Wednesday 1/30/19 was the worst day possible for someone to install a furnace with -30 wind chills and driving through roads that had almost 2 feet of snow on them. Gage, and Scott were true champions roughing out the weather and helping my family out. I can recommend the Furnace Doctor crew to anyone who has a problem with their furnace. Between the office staff and the guys working out in the field, everyone was professional and courteous. 10/5 if I could rate them. Thanks again!

Really awesome company! Mike was great and made sure to get us exactly what we needed, but not more. Everything was a great price compared to others and he took the time to explain exactly what we did or didn’t need and why. Very quick response time and got us scheduled very quickly at the beginning of winter. Would recommend Mike and his team to anyone! Thanks for everything guys!

Extremely impressed with the Furnace Doctor! Mike is a problem solver and works to find the best solution for the toughest situations! His expertise is evident since another local company attempted to fix our HVAC issue 5x over the past year with no reasonable solution.
