Service Professor

They removed my old air conditioner and furnace and Installed a new ones. They were very professional. They worked diligently all day, explained how to use the new appliances, and cleaned up everything at the end.

Will, and everyone at SP have been great. We’ve trusted them with several projects and their services are excellent. We like knowing we can call them for almost anything dealing with our home’s systems. Will is a friendly, smart guy that’s always down for a good chat while he explains and shows his work in detail. Aaron B came to give me a estimate on rewiring all the electrical in my home. He was on time. Very polite. Got along with my dog. Aaron was very knowledgeable about what we were discussing. I would love to have him back anytime. I will be using Service Professor again.

Nels bonded the water and gas lines. Zac and Nate wired the outside mast and disconnect. Austin wired the junction box. And Dustin was the rock star who wired it all to the new breaker box. 500 stars for this crew.

We got a new AC unit installed. We also then got a free furnace. Their BOGO deal! Completely happy with both. Workers were on time, polite, covered floor and removed shoe coverings each and every time from outside to inside. Cleaned up after themselves. We then got our air ducts cleaned. Absolutely would recommend them for all our needs!

Also, a little late, shout out and thank you to Mitch and James for the fabulous job y’all did on a huge electrical project back in August of ‘22. Truly, y’all did a superb and efficient job in this old scary house!

Jeff was professional, fast, efficient and a tremendous communicator. Jeff diagnosed and fixed our a/c problem 30 minutes. We will definitely use Service Professor again. A wonderful experience from my initial phone call to when Jeff left. Thank you again!!!!

While hoping to get another year or two out of an aging furnace, it inevitably died during a peak heating season. Service Professor handled everything promptly, on schedule, and communicated well throughout the process. They provided complimentary space heaters to help bridge the gap before they could replace the equipment. They did have to push back installation one day later than scheduled due to issues out of their control, but when they showed up the following day, a total of approximately 7 technicians over the course of the day removed the existing furnace and AC units, installed new units, replaced line sets, installed new electrical service to meet code, etc. All technicians were professional, courteous, and great to work with.

Destiny McKee was very professional, kind, and considerate. She put covers over her shoes before entering our home without being asked. She gave us a few options of what could be done to fix the problem; we were never pressured to choose any option. Whenever she was unsure about how to proceed with an option, she called her supervisor for suggestions. She explained the service she was going to perform, and showed us the parts that were replaced. Again, very professional. We will highly recommend Service Professors to our family & friends because of Destiny. We definitely plan to use your company and especially request her again for any plumbing repairs in our home in the future. Service Professors should be proud to have Destiny on their team.

Carl and Ryan were great! They were very thorough cleaning out our air ducts. They cleaned up after themselves and we’re just nice guys. I highly recommend their services!
