Service Professor

Jonah was very professional and thorough. He took time to explain everything that had happened and was willing to answer any and all questions we had. We felt he fully respected us and cared about our concerns. We would request Jonah for future services through Service Professor.

Our initial service with Service Professor was great. The electrician came out and diagnosed why our main breaker keeps blowing. He offered to get us a quote on bringing our panels up to code and replacing them with 1 panel. We never got the quote and when we asked Service Professor told us that we don't have any electrical issues and did not need a quote. As well as I (a woman) made the call for them to come out, I put my name on the bill and paid it, I met the electrician and was in my basement with him for an hour and we just got a hand written thank you note addressed to my husband. As well as my husband and I both asked for our quote and he was the only one responded to. The #1 way to lose a woman as a customer is to not treat her the same was you would treat a man and I was not treated equally by this company. We have agreed that we will not be calling Service Professor ever again for anything and will make sure not to recommend them to others.

I love service professor and will continue to use them for many of their services. The pricing I believe is fair, especially with the warranties and service. The ONLY thing I’m a little annoyed with is the scheduling. They can get out to you VERY quickly. However whichever day they schedule for your appointment, they don’t give you a time or approximate time, but can call you when they’re 30 minutes out. Whether or not the call time can fluctuate I don’t know. It’s just a hassle to work around schedules with that kind of notice.

Still a great company and all of their staff and technicians have been easy and great to work with.

Natalie and Landyn were very understanding when they had to wait a few minutes for me to arrive. Natalie’s professional experience and leadership was perfect for Landyn as he worked through the problem as a new young professional. They solved the issue together, with minimal footprint on my day & schedule.

Carl and Ryan were absolutely awesome. They interacted well with our dog Finn. Couldn't have asked for anyone more professional and courteous. Answered all my questions and explained everything so well. These guys are keepers. I'm very happy with their work and will definitely recommend them to others. Thank you for sending them to do the duct cleaning.

Hello, Nate and Andy were great! They were efficient and thorough. I appreciate their professionalism, they were both courteous and knew exactly what and where the problems were. They worked very hard to solve our issues and even though it was a more bigger issue they gave great solutions as to which direction we should go! It’s great seeing young men learn a skill, but it’s even greater when you can see that they genuinely love ❤️ what they do!

Used them for the $99 clogged drain. In my case it was a clogged sewer line. Showed Victor (the tech) where I thought it was and he went right to work. Unplugged the drain, cleaned up and took $99 for his service
The only item I’m going to mention is the $99 drain special. I had to remove my toilet or else they would have charged me $509 if they had removed it. Not a big deal as it was easy. But for those that don’t have the tools or know how, it will cost you. We had to remove toilet for access as the clean out was past the clog in the drain.
But overall good service, professional. Sent me all type of what to expect before and after the repair.

We have been having issues with our recently purchased home. George Bilesener, he was so kind and thorough. He explained everything in a way that made sense and went above and beyond to assist us. Lisa Thurman, she was incredibly kind while delivering the bad news about our AC unit. Josh Gierman, he was also so empathetic and kind while going over an AC unit installment. Tanner Wilson, he showed incredible kindness and awareness about delivering additional bad news to me. He offered breaks in the conversation and made sure I was okay. We have been so impressed with the quality of care we have received and how this company has advocated for our needs. Service Professor is making lifelong customers out of us and we will request every one of these employees back to our home, if needed.

Andrew was extremely professional, very efficient, and gave us a lot of good tips on how to protect our home from further damages during the cold months. We are VERY pleased with his work and will definitely be using him again in the future if needed (but hopefully it won’t be! 😋)
