This company is PHENOMENAL! My heat went out, I called them. I had a same day appointment and my heat was back working the same day. I would highly recommend using them. Charlie is who did my repairs, and he was great!!

May 2023, I find I can’t enter a new review for a plumbing job, so I’m editing n old review. the job was to install 3 faucets and 11 water stops. Your plumber did excellent work, was pleasant, and completed the job in under 4 hours. Even with your Always plan “discount “ the cost of this work was $5,850. The cost estimate did not itemize hardware costs.

I know what faucets and stops cost and 3 faucets and 11 stops would not cost more than $850, particularly for a plumber. $5,000 for 4 hours work is beyond words excessive. But since my wife insisted, I signed for it to be done, even though I knew this price was outrageous. You did nothing illegal, however I will never do business with you again.

John Harvey installed a 240V outlet for our EV. He was very impressive - pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and super efficient. He made a very daunting exercise seem easy as he fished lines past a slew of barriers into our overcrowded electrical box. I thought he’d need days to get it done but he arrived and finished up the same afternoon.

Cleaned out our AC unit which had stopped functioning due to a mouse chewing through wires, and gave us a good remedy for prevention.

Very knowledgeable, quick, and reasonable price. I use this company for all my plumbing/heating/cooling needs! They installed a gas dryer hook up and replaced the hot water tank in less then 2 hours. I've never had ro worry about their work, never had them come back to fix something that wasn't right.

Jeremy Westover was our service specialist and was very professional and very polite. We needed a new thermostat put in and he explained our options. He answered all the questions we had, and wore covers over his shoes to come into the house. He also helped us with a few other problems we were having that day. I would give him more than 5 stars if I could. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again.

I had a leak from my fridge water line dripping into my basement. Called AJ Danboise and they were responsive and helpful immediately. They got me on the schedule and within an hour or so Mr.Fox called me that he was in his way. Extremely professional and helpful and so courteous of my home putting on his shoe covers immediately. Assessed and fixed the problem in a very short time. I have used this company in the past and highly recommend them and Mr. Fox.

On the positive side, they were efficient and knowledgeable. On the negative side, the installer took advantage of the fact that I was a female with a lack of knowledge. I was given no options, nor explanation, of the things I needed. They replaced with the most expensive items available. I could have used a basic sump pump, and they installed a system with a back up. Have never needed this in the past 25 years and could have done without it. The final price was outrageous, and I was dumbfounded. After checking other sources, I discovered that the price they charged was extremely high. I don't think I will recommend this company nor use them again.
