Martin and the rest of the team from AJ Danboise were wonderful, quick, and professional. I highly recommend them. Martin took his time to assess the situation, explained the issue to me (with photos!), and gave me multiple options to choose from, listing pros and cons.

Charles was great, on time, very friendly. He performed a thorough check on my furnace and explained simple maintenance tasks that I can perform to keep it running smoothly. A.J. Danboise has been a great company to work with, providing great service in a timely manner.

Fast professional service. Diagnosed an a/c fan issue in minutes. Checked for additional potential problems and found an easy fix that could have caused serious problems down the road. My top recommendation for the technician , Charly, and the entire AJ team. Great job!

Very comfortable because I received a picture of service person before they arrived. He was helpful and very knowledgeable . He got right to work and finished within my time restraints.

100% feel taken advantage of for being a female w/ lack of knowledge on furnace/heating issues. The tech recommended replacing parts that did not need fixing. When I hired a different company to get a 2nd pair of eyes on it, was advised that those parts were not broken and did not need to be replaced. Even if said part was broken, I was also quoted costs HALF of what AJ Danboise quoted me for replacement. The final price was outrageous. The same tech came out twice and did not fix the issue... I would NOT recommend this company nor use them again.

Martin was knowledgeable and probably figured out immediately that it was a programming issue and there was no need for a thermostat replacement. He checked the vents for temperature going in and out of the furnace and then check other condenser outside. Found debris from cottonwoods that left their trail in the.condenser. So he hosed the condenser to remove the debris. Professional and just downright nice. Thanks for sending him to me.

I had them install the new sump pump in June 2020. The did a nice job but was too pricey. They billed me $1000. This week float switch had some issue and I called them over since it was in 5 year warranty. They mentioned the part was covered under warranty. It's a $20 or $30 part and they billed me $240 for the labor which was the one fourth of the sump pump price they had initially billed. The part they had installed didn't last long and I ended up paying for the price. They are over priced than any other competitors and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I will probably not be willing to get them back again in the future.

During my Annual Plumbing Inspection I was informed that my sump pump had to be replaced. Cary showed me the rusted beyond repair pump. Cary provided with 3 price quotes based on what types of replacement sump pumps would work. Because I have afinished lower level I selected the pump that l know will provide me with greater security. Cary actually installed my new pump and reviewed the installation with me. Cary and his assistant took great care removing the damaged pump and they left no trace that they were in my home except for my new sump pump and the paperwork! Thank you, Cary!

We had a leak into our basement resulting in drywall damage and saturated carpet. AJ Danboise had a technician at my house within two hours. John was knowledgeable and efficient in diagnosing and resolving the problem. I would highly recommend this company!
