Tyler and Nolan did a great job in the installation. They told me exactly what they were going to do and simply executed it to perfection! They helped me relocate the unit in a favorable area of my yard which provided more room on my patio. They efficient but thorough. They performed a walk thru inside and outside. They also gave suggestions on how maintain the flow and proper preservation for the winter. They did a superb job and I was 100% satisfied.

Jesse was very professional and completed the job in a very timely manner. Highest marks from us. Kyle Martin was equally professional and ensured the jobs were addressed thoroughly. This team represented T&G as well as could be expected. Prior to this, the original rep (Mason Smith) initiated the visit and thoroughly evaluated the exact need. We are very happy to have worked with all three of them.

We called Thornton and Grooms to diagnose/repair an issue with our AC. We were able to get an appointment quickly. The technician, Mike, was prompt, courteous and thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was looking at and why in laymen’s terms which I appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the issue and continued to check other parts of the unit to ensure we had complete information on the state of the unit. A great experience overall!

I had a major plumbing problem with a sheared shower valve behind a fully tiled wall. From the time Dan came & inspected, the folks in headquarters scheduling, and John installing the new unit to PERFECTION, the entire T&G team was excellent. I've used these folks for everything including replacing all my copper plumbing, installing a hot water heater, sump pump, & a whole house water regenerating purity system, to repairs to furnace & air co0nditioning - all done by professional & talented individuals. Highly recommend Thornton & Grooms!

Brian was very was very knowledgeable about Thornton and Grooms products. He was also very respectful and pleasant to talk to. I am positive that the air-conditioner and furnace would worked very well for me. Unfortunately T and G's products and labor was way to far out of my price range.

Jimmy, James, Joe and Mitchell were the installers. They were on-time, professional, efficient, customer friendly and very nice. Jimmy explained everything in a thorough manner.

Update May 2023: Had Cody out to help unclog our toilet after my 3 year old thought it would be fun to flush some toys. Cody saved the day! He was prompt, communicated well, and didn't mind my little one seeing if he was going to find her Barbie shoe. Ha!

Our laundry tub was backing up and our pipes were leaking underneath. Brandon did an amazing job not only unclogging the drain but replacing the old pipes from the former owners that really needed a new install. Looking forward to doing my laundry now and would definitely recommend this company! Brandon and the company were professional, communicated exceptionally well, and the pricing was great.

I recently had a drain specialist come to my house and use a camera scope to look at my sewer lines. Overall, I find G&T to be very informative and professional. They get right to solution and are easy to communicate with as someone who has zero knowledge on this topic. The only piece of feedback I have is that I wish they were better with setting expectations of when they will be arriving. You have to wait around all day and then they call you and say they are 15-20 minutes away. This is not very customer centric.
