Yates Heating & Cooling

Had a great experience from start to finish with Yates Services on a complete removal and install of a new Trane heating & cooling system. Wayne was very thorough with the inspection of our old system and made recommendations that would improve airflow throughout the our home. We were having issues with uneven air flow and inconsistent temperatures in different areas of our home.. though there wasn’t much they could do to improve existing ductwork, they were able to increase the size of the air returns and suggesting raising the the furnaces off the floor for better air flow… and adding curves in ductwork to reduce restrictions on flow.
Currently we are truly satisfied with the outcome, we have consistent comfort throughout the home, the Trane units seem very strong and work effortlessly as well as being very quiet. There’s no constant cycling of on & off of the system.. it’s almost that we never think about the home temperature.. it’s that consistent.
Even though it was a substantial investment I feel it was well worth it.. you can spend less but I don’t think we would’ve had the same out come. Yates quote was very competitive with other Trane dealers .. but it was the details that Wayne covered that was the difference… don’t fall for the scared tac ticks the other Trane dealers used. Wayne and his professional crew were on point, on time with every aspect and detail of the install. Highly recommend.

Yates Services was extremely quick to get on site and give our current AC install a diagnosis. We deemed the unit was bad, and a replacement was needed. From first call, to diagnosis, to the install of the new equipment, everything took less than 24 hours and they were extremely prompt and professional with their assistance. Would recommend anyone to chose Yates when searching for HVAC services, thanks again Yates!!

Recently switched from a long time Vendor that changed ownership because quality of service was not the same. Started using Yates Heating and cooling and I could not be more than pleased , efficient on the ball and knowledgeable. Very customer orientated.

The Yates team did an amazing job installing our Trane air conditioner a few months back. It has worked flawlessly since the install. Their quote was competitive against my other three quotes. The service was excellent from the initial quote to the finish install. They are true professionals.

We had to have service on our furnace early in the morning. The tech arrived within the time frame provided. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the process as he went along. Our furnace is working perfectly now.

It's become a tradition that my heat goes out on the coldest day of the year. I woke up this morning to it being colder than 50 degrees inside while it was 3 degrees outside. The first business I called said they couldn't be here for 4 days because of Christmas. When I called Yates, they were here within the hour and got it running again. Nick was super awesome and professional. He got my heat working again quickly. I am super thankful and grateful that they were available for my emergency fix. Thank you for making sure I have heat for the holidays. I will definitely be calling you guys first when I have problems with my hvac next time.

Yates was great! They serviced my water boiler for my baseboard heating on a holiday weekend. I called their emergency line and had someone on their way quickly! Their service was great and he got our heat up and running quickly. Very grateful they had a boiler repair tech on call.

What a breath of fresh air! A contractor that does EXACTLY as they say they do. Such a nice experience. I own a commercial building and have gone through my fair share of HVAC contractors. At this point I would never call another. They installed a new Heat / Air unit on my roof and their service couldn't have been better. Great price, showed up exactly when they said they would, unit arrived exactly when they said it would. Installation took exactly what they said it would. I can't say enough good things about Yates Services and I would recommend them to anyone looking no matter home or business. Thanks Guys!

UPDATE -
I just recently completed ANOTHER job with Yates! This time furnace AND AC in my home. Once again, stellar service and communication. In fact, had a small issue with a small water leak after install and they had someone out to address first thing the very next morning. While they weren't the lowest proposal, you get what you pay for and once again I sure did. Couldn't be happier with everyone at Yates from the office to the install teams...not to mention it feels great to support a local independently owned business! Thanks Yates!
