I had an issue with my furnace that needed to be investigated. Yates helped me figure out potential causes. Yates is very responsive/timely and provided a possible fix to my problem.

The guy who came by my place seemed very knowledgeable and I would have liked to keep having him talk away about hvac units but it's hard to do when you know you're paying $95 an hour (plus $95 service fee). It didn't seem to do much good though since for some reason he initially tried charging me for 3 hours labor when he hadn't even quite reached 2 hours. Not sure what the hell he was thinking since I was there the whole time...He also put in R22 refrigerant for $125 but it would have been nice to know before he did it to be aware of the extra cost and make sure he did it. Next time I'll shop around more and get an estimate beforehand.

Yates had sent Gary, one of the techs out to help us with our cooling system. Gary was awesome and very knowledgeable. I couldn't of had a better experience. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.
