Yates Heating & Cooling

I called yates to replace my home's heating system it had went out on one of the coldest days of winter!
Yates was in the home within an hour to check it out, the system was 28 years old and i decided to replace it. The yates crew was at the house at 7am the next morning! I am so happy with the work that was done by yates i recommended them to my sister they replaced her boiler and she was just as happy with yates as i am! I would definitely recommend yates to anyone i know for a complete service of hvac work!

I wanted to limp my A/ C to next summer, so I paid $706 to charge for this summer...I asked if they could plug whatever hole was leaking this summer. They couldn't, cuz they didn't have the equipment ?!?!/ whatevs. So I paid$706 for Honest to God, 5 hours of A/C. They also tried to sell me me an overpriced upgrade install, Like $6500 for new HVAC in a single story 1500 sq/ft house? It's feels yucky, I have no air and kind of don't care and will wait til next year. .aybe it has to do the pandemic, but these guys don't have stuff to repair, just replace whole systems

I have used Yates on and off for several years and am extremely happy with their solutions. They are always ready to provide solution options rather than create problems or tell me why something cannot be done. Congrats to these solutions finders!

We were able to get out rooftop HVAC units serviced in a timely fashion, and every part of the process was really good. We will call them again if when we need further service.

Our geothermal unit is a few years oldd and needed some TLC. Maintenance and added service was great...

I can’t say enough about Yates Heating and Cooling. They were professional, and did everything they said they would. I had a new air conditioning unit and furnace put in, and all went well. I want to thank Wayne, Mike, and Tony, for all their help!
