Yates Heating & Cooling

My furnace went out in February in the middle of a sub zero cold week so
I call Yates to see if I could get it repaired, to my surprise they where able to send someone right out after so diagnosing the tech told me what was wrong and what my options where. the furnace was 28 years old so I decided to replace it and by the end of the day I had a new furnace. the tech where very professional and courteous and where not going to leave me without heat, it was a long day for them but I appreciate there efforts very much , Thank You very Yates Heating & cooling and will call them for any heating or cooling issues in the future. update AC went out in june so I call Yates gave my a qoute and came out the next day and replace the AC unit, very Happy with the company.

I routinely use Yates Heating and Cooling for my projects in Detroit. I can always rely on them to get the job done. They have also been especially helpful in problem-solving during the renovation process.

I called at 8:00 in the morning on July 5, 2022, and EJ was at my door step by 10:30. They were upfront about their charges and most reasonable before coming. I have an old unit (1987) air conditioner. The last thing I wanted to do was to buy a new unit for my 2500 square foot house. EJ was able to diagnosis the problem and repair it on the spot. Over the years, other companies suggested getting a new AC unit. EJ was honest, let me hover, and took care of the the problem pronto. He could have tried to sell me an unit, but chose the honest path and fixed the problem. So many companies are out to sell, but I found them honest, prompt and responsible. I will definitely have them out again. Hopefully not for a long time. :)

Sometime in November 2019 I contacted Wayne regarding my rental property in Detroit. Wayne responded promptly to my email and scheduled a site visit. Mike came out on 11/7/2019 to give an estimate and provided 2 options. His recommendations were very detailed and thorough, the service had to be coordinated with the Gas Company and happened without any problems. My only issue with the company is when I received my gas bill for a vacant unit. Upon his return visit, Mike discovered that the pipe to the foyer radiator was leaking. This oversight should have been discovered and repaired initially, but cost me an additional $385 and a gas bill of over $500. Mike nor Wayne contacted me over my concern, I only dealt with the billing department with no resolve.

Workmanship and professionalism was outstanding. Technicians were friendly, attentive until job was completed. As a single person I was afraid that someone would try to take advantage of me , Yates was referred by very close friend, and the owner made sure I was good I had a furnace and A/c installed and I really thank them all their help in making sure I was happy

Replaced Restaurant Walk in cooler. Expedient, efficient, knowledgeable, professional. Will use them for many of my refrigeration and HVAC needs in the future. Recommend highly. Thank you!

Called Yates with an emergency and the tech was able to get out quickly and assess the problem and get me going!

Very nice and informative/knowledgeable, will use Yates again if I have any issues.
