After a massive storm, later declared state emergency by Governor, so many residents were in a loss of HVAC, plumbing, etc. Contractors were simply selling on fear and panic to replace units, often only really needing repairs.
Yates was recommended by a neighbor, and I gave him a call. He took all my calls and texts promptly and allowed me to snap pictures of what he figured were the needed replacement parts. He kept me informed of shipment delays and had a technician at my home within 24-hours of parts received.
Instead of $1000’s in replacement costs I only needed to spend a fraction of that. And that was the whole idea of Yates’.
I’ll use him again and recommend him to any and all of my neighbors.

I called at 2pm on a Friday and they were able to see me that day without being after hours! The tech was so friendly and helpful and patient! Very pleased with this company and would definitely call them again!

I used the Yates heating and cooling service to install a new heating and air conditioning system into my sons home three years ago. The service was quick, professional, and a great price.

My other son used the service the day before Christmas. His heater had gone out. It was late when he made the call, but the needed part was located the next day, a repair man came to the house, and the heater was up and running again. Yates heating and cooling to the rescue!! :)

Great friendly company! One of the few companies that serviced our equipment in the area. They were able to get us a service call the same day, highly recommend!

Our company had a minor leak due to a water leak from the evaporator unit. Yates was our right away the day I called and sent out two different tech and resolved our issue the very same day! Problem solved!

The technicians are nice and professional. They installed a brand new A/C unit and scheduled my installation as soon as they could. There was one inconvenience because they had to re-schedule the technician needed to evaluate the issue, to go work on an emergency call and he had to come at my place after the normal business hours - which probably cost me a day trying to get the new unit installed while a heat wave hit us. It's all good now. I would still trust this company to service my A/C if they promise not to re-schedule my appointment.

They have also done everything they could to avoid me having to replace my units until it was absolutely necessary to save me money.
