The installers were professional, on time and very thorough. I was impressed with their attention to detail and they didn't cut any corners. The work area was spotless when they left and checked with me on any questions or concerns they had with the install and they were respectful to my working space as I work from home. I would not only recommend Yates but I intend to use them in the future.

My furnace went out during an ice storm. Our house was freezing and they came out the same day and got us up and running. Highly recommend.

Had issues with walk in cooler for my business, after calling 4 different places with no luck, got hold of Yates. Spoke to the owner ,Wayne, after listing to our problem, he went above and beyond and send in his mechanic Steve the same day! (other place wanted us to wait 2 to 3 weeks!). Wayne and Steve are both very knowledgeable , professional, and friendly. Very happy with job, and the cooler is running great.

Contacted Yates on Saturday of the Memorial Day (2022) weekend with our A/C not working and the WiFi thermostat dark, nothing showing. Checked the simple things like breaker, battery for thermostat to no avail. Started trying to reach companies that could come out to service on the weekend because temps were going to be in the 90's. Left messages for a few but when I called Yates at about 8:20am they actually answered (YEA!). The person I reached was driving and said they would call me back. They did call back in less than 10 minutes. Said they had a tech that would be available once they finished at a call they were on. The tech called soon thereafter and they were on the way. The issue was very minor and a quick fix. The tech said than since I was paying for an hour anyway he would do a maintenance check on our system and clean the condenser coil.
This was a great service and appreciated very much. It was a little pricey because of it being outside of normal hours (and on a holiday weekend) but the charges were clearly explained to us before we agreed to have the tech come out. From this experience I would have to say that Yates is an honest and reliable company. Their staff is responsive and pleasant to work with. Thank you, Yates!

Our AC went out days before the hottest days of this summer. The same day we called, Yates sent a guy out for an estimate. Three days later at 9am, they came fully prepared! They were neat, efficient, thorough and incredibly polite. I would recommend them to friends and family and I'll be calling them for work in the future.

Called Yates on Monday evening around 7:30 about a heater issue. They showed up at noon Tuesday, and the problem was fixed by 2:30. Great Job! Thx,

After calling numerous “24/7 emergency” AC company’s and not getting any luck I finally came across Yates. They are True service professionals. Called on a Friday evening and they were able to come out 8am Saturday morning to fix my AC. Got it back up and running in no time. I highly recommend using Yates for any of the services they provide

I purchased a home late last year and recently discovered the AC wasn't working very well. After waiting through 2 90+ degree days for another vendor I called Yates. They were out a day later, quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and explained several items to watch for. The technician was great and the cost was less than expected. I will definitely use Yates for my HVAC service.

I called for service on my boiler at 6pm, and to my surprise they answered and had a service person out to my home in less than an hour. Dante got my boiler running for the night and was back at 9am with the part he needed. I could not ask for better service. Thank you Yates and THANK YOU Dante!

Yates has done so much major things at my home starting 2014 to 2022.
Furnace and hot water tank brand new installation. Complete Electrical upgrade and water piping to the whole house. Found haulers to remove stuff left at the home. Install a vanity and fixtures plus shower head. I believe it is a GREAT company with beautiful staff and crew workers. So effectively efficient and they talk to about all your options and cost. And everything is guaranteed, just a wonderful company to do business with.
