Jeremy was awesome. He went above and beyond. AJ Danboise was able to fit me in today, Nov 1st, which is like 2 weeks early, about 4 days after I called to set the appointment. Jeremy even helped me to submit the Consumers Energy rebate.

John came out, figured out what was wrong, how to fix it, went out and got the new part and VOILA! our faucet works again and no more leaks!

Martin arrived on time, very professional,and completed AC checkup quickly.

Predatory. Dan was a nice enough guy, but after hearing their estimate I was completely taken back. I had them out to remove a gas hose from an old drier, repair a water valve in a half bathroom & diagnose a leaking toilet. It was 900+ for an hour worth of work that I watched him do and what was likely $25 in supplies. I am kicking myself for hiring them to do this work as I got a quote from another company this morning to do it for $350. Astronomical pricing, do not go with this company.

DJ Danboise came referred to my from a friend and I reached out via the web on a Sunday afternoon expecting a call back some time Monday. I got a call back like 25 minutes later and I was scheduled for when I needed them. I needed a cast iron toilet flange installed on my existing toilet drain pipe. It wasn't a standard install. First tech (younger guy) wasn't sure they could do it. His supervisor took over the job and had it done in about an hour or so (including him going to get the parts). Clean job, friendly, punctual, helpful, etc. They're a bit more expensive than just a one off plumber or the "guy" everyone knows when they've "got a guy" but you're paying for professionalism and quality. I'll definitely call them again.

Chris was thorough and explained everything he did to check out our air conditioner before summer use.
