Their service representative, Andrew, was very knowledgeable and professional. He throughly explained various options that we had concerning a new furnace and central air conditioning. He submitted several bids based on the options we discussed. We did not go with their offer because we had received a lower proposal from a company recommended to us by a friend.

Martin P came out for a furnace/ac inspection. He was extremely professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing while he was going. After completing the inspection, he walked me through the details of everything he saw. He gave me options on enhancements that I could install, but was not pushy and trying to force me to buy them, which was very appreciated!

I'm grateful for coming across your site during my Google search. It just so happened that I needed repairs on 3 different home systems and you provide full service to all of them! I had the pleasure of being serviced by:
-Jeremy to diagnose and repair my whole home humidifier-
-John to install a junction box and upgrade my electrical panel for my dishwasher hookup-
-Cary to diagnose the source of a tub leak, install plumbing fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen as well as installing a new garbage disposal. He also provided knowledgeable solutions to my rusted out bathroom sink but did not pressure me into purchasing something that I was not comfortable with. -

The service level of all 3 men was exceptional. They were friendly, thoughtful and professional throughout the entire process. I also felt like they were being fair and honest in their assessments. I'm looking forward to keeping AJ Danboise as my go-to company for all of my household needs.

John Harvey replaced and installed some track lighting and dimmer switch. Very nice guy and knowledgeable about his craft. Would not hesitate to use again!!

Chris seemed like a nice enough guy and explained thoroughly his view of what was wrong - not sure if it’s a him issue or a company problem at this point- but would not recommended these services to anyone. Came out twice, cost over 300$+ to change the pressure and clean some part?? Within 2 weeks, the furnace was broken again. Came back out to tell me the blower motor was blown and needed replacement. Outrageous quote costs $$$.

Hired another company to get a second opinion (gut feeling that I was getting taken advantage of), was told the blower motor is fully functioning and furnace does not need to be replaced. 100$ out the door, peace of mind, and quotes half of what was offered if said parts needed replacement.

Younger female with limited knowledge of heating/ furnace issues so I had a feeling I was fully being taken advantage of. Safe to say… this is accurate. Posting to help anyone else not blow $2-4.5k for parts that are functioning!!!

Marty is great, explained only what needed to be done to get AC up and running.

The only thing I have to say is that Jeremy the salesman and Todd the installer don’t communicate very well. Jeremy told me I would get a couple extra furnace filters. The installer Todd had to use my supply. Jeremy said they would install a new thermostat with the new furnace. Installers left the current one place. I will say that both thermostats new and old are identical. Overall Todd’s installation was excellent. Just saying for 14K a couple of $5.00 filters would have been nice!

1st Visit:
Cary showed up for our scheduled appt as expected to address a plumbing-issue involving my Mom's irrigation system.
He was professional and courteous.
He seemed tolerant of my ignorance and addressed each question and concern that I constantly bombarded him with.
He never gave me the impression of impatience or irritation as I hovered around him while he did his work. He gave us helpful and additional info, based upon his experience, regarding the issue that we were dealing with.
I actually wanted to go with a different plumber company because I liked how they were able to give me a quote, without a service-visit, based upon pics I sent and description of the issue, and they were less expensive. But, it's my Mom's house and she wanted you-guys becuz you've been in business longer.

2nd Visit:
Bathtub faucet leaks in 2 bathrooms, bathroom sink repair, leaks in basement plumbing.
Steve is awesome! Although the first, plumber, Cary, was good, Steve did a great job at assuaging my Mom's anxiety, and patiently allowed my Mom to voice her concerns. My Mom can get very wordy but Steve never rushed her or interrupted her. His honesty was refreshing when my Mom was asking for recommendations beyond his scope of skills. He was very clear in what he proposed to do, then the actions after my Mom accepted his estimate, and what we now need to do before he can complete his plumbing repair. Will post another update when he comes back to finish the job
