AJ Danboise

After 25 years in my house, it is ready for several upgrades, and AJ Danboise is able to cover all four major infrastructure areas, including electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. I joined their service club recently, and have had several technicians work on my home in the past month. First was a plumber to install the water line to my new refrigerator. Then John and Robert installed and upgraded the electrical panel, and installed a trip switch so I can run a generator the next time DTE goes down. They also moved and rewired a light switch for me that was in the way of a new appliance. Martin came to inspect my air conditioner as part of the service club plan and did a thorough and excellent job. Jeremy came independently as a specialist in HVAC to recommend and review with me replacement options. Jamie and Todd installed a new air conditioning unit, furnace and smart thermostat in one day. Andrew the manager stopped by during the afternoon to make sure everything was going smoothly and had me sign rebate forms to DTE and Consumers Energy that were all pre-filled for me. The office staff facilitated real-time communications between the customer and the technicians on the road via both phone and text. All technicians that visited my home were extraordinarily professional, knowledgeable and intelligent, efficient and clean, as well as friendly. I wish I had found AJ Danboise 25 years ago. If you take your home seriously and want service providers who take their work seriously and respect your home, with reliable, high quality equipment and service, AJ Danboise is the company you want. I’ve used the rest, and they’re the best!

Mike came out for my yearly a/c inspection. As usual he was totally professional, polite, thoughtful and attentive to my home’s unique layout. He is an outstanding technician working for an outstanding company!

Martin gave my AC system, a spring check up in preparation for the summer season. I found him to be a very knowledgeable AC technician. He also understood my homes electrical system extremely well and suggested a modest upgrade to my AC electrical components that I’m convinced will extend the life of my system.

Great experience. Martin was professional and showed us photos of before and after he cleaned our AC unit. Explained why we needed the cleaning and how often it should be done. We were very pleased.

How does this CROOK stay in business. Had 4 estimates for a whole house Generac generator Danboise quote for exact generator was 13,000.00 over other three estimates. YES 13,000.00. When I asked the salesman about the cost being excessive he was stammering and had no excuses. I asked if his salary was commission based he said he “had to go”.

Buyer BEWARE there are plenty of reputable companies this isn’t one. I’ve contacted Generac and they said they will look into this pricing

Jeremy with AJ Danboise was polite, professional, and fixed my air conditioning less than two hours from my initial phone call! I have never had better service from an HVAC company and will be recommending them to friends and family.

Dave came over within an hour of calling to inspect our sump pump and write up a quote. When we didn’t commit right away, he wasn’t phased and didn’t hassle us. They had an appointment available the next day and we decided to go for it. He was very kind and easy to work with. I highly recommend them!
