I was given a very good rundown, by John, of what he would be fixing and when there was more underlying problems he looked at the deeper issues there and tried fixing them. I was throughly impressed by his knowledge and dedication to his craft and experience.

I called on a Friday afternoon and a technician was at my house about an hour later. My problem was identified quickly and the part was replaced quickly as well. Technician was professional and the price was reasonable. I’m pleased and would use them again in the future.

Installed water heater. Hot water in under an hour. All services provided are timely and effective. Hard to find in this day and age. Never feel taken advantage of!

I needed an upgrade to my electrical panel. John Harvey (Master Electrician) came out to do an estimate and was able to install the upgrade the same day. When you meet him you will feel like you have known him all your life. Great to have employees that enjoy their jobs and exhibit such great character and professionalism. I am planning on getting a new air conditioner next. Jeremy Westover came out today and I appreciated his explanation of my anticipated repairs. Thank you both for the courtesy of your time.
