Very professional they do what they say they will do. I can count on them to do the job right.

Service man informed us our a/c unit was low and needed r-22. He added it!! We paid $350. He never mentioned anything about a leak or the reason it was low!! The next day our a/c didn't work!!! We called to let them know and we were told that it leaked out again!! When I asked why we were not informed that there may have been a leak in first place I was treated and talked to in a very disrespectful manner!! Being upset that I just wasted $350

We called for an appointment and we were scheduled for that very afternoon. Brian arrived at our house, on time and found the problem immediately. He was very personable and explained the repairs needed and he had the parts on his truck. We are completely impressed and satisfied with Crome Mechanical and will trust them for any future needs.

Today we had our hot water heater replaced. In Dec of 2018 we had to have our Furnace replaced (unexpectedly) they supplied us with space heaters until they arrived to to complete job.
Totally professional group of service techs from start to finish. Would recommend these guys for any heating or cooling issues.

Crome's technicians were knowledgeable and mapped out the right system for our heating and cooling needs. The installers were courteous, efficient, and had us up and running quickly. I was also impressed with the follow up calls and visits to insure we were happy. I would definitely recommend them.
