Crome Mechanical Heating & Cooling

Update 10/05/22 Crome installed a new high efficiency boiler combo domestic water tank. They showed up when they said they were scheduled. Did a very clean professional installation replacing our old boiler and water heater from approx 1979. Brian and his crew were very friendly, took time to answer our questions. The best part was they actually cleaned up the construction area. We would def recommend them to anybody looking for a new system or service repair on your plumbing/HVAC systems. I’ve worked over 30 yrs in commercial construction / site development project management and this company is very professional, knows their trade and performs what you contracted.

Showed up on time and had our garage furnace running in 30 minutes. Explained what the problem was and gave some suggestions for the house system. Will def give them a call for future work.

My hot water heater failed and I contacted chrome mech. They were able to troubleshoot it that day and replace it the next
day. It was 28 yrs old so I can't complain. I very much appreciated the prompt and courteous service.

Brian was unprofessional and didn't even bother troubleshooting the problem or coming back in to talk to me he just left and called me from the road. Thank God for valley city mechanical for finding the issue and fixing it. Chrome was great with my conversion to natural gas and my new water heater install! They were super professional and once the gas meter was set they were back out the same day to make sure our furnace was regulated correctly!

After our first experience with Crome Mechanical, installing a ductless mini-split ac, we had a 2nd unit installed, and then a tankless water-heater. They deserve 6-stars!

Had a great experience with Crome. Our furnace went out the over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Although we were not a previous customer Crome came out during the weekend, gave us a quote, and did not charge for the after hours call.

Used Crome for natural gas upfit, converted furnace from propane,to natural gas, installed new gas water heater, and installed new gas dryer. In ontime, finished up, cleaned up, and were gone. Great experience, will use them again.
