We used Crome to introduce out home to Tankless water heaters. Crome chose the right model heater for our many bathroom'd home and did a great job removing out 2 older water heaters. Professional team and assistance with our rebate forms that we will send to Joey Biden for going tankless.

I just bought my new to me trailer a month ago. Knowing things will probably have issues I still wasn't prepared. I couldn't get my furnace pilot to stay lit. It was a chilly start to the morning at 53°. I googled, I YouTubed, called friends and family. I relit the pilot, tried the reset. Nothing worked. Finally I called Crome Mechanics. I have never called a service repair into any company before this so I had no idea what I was in for. The operator was extremely polite. The return call to schedule service was prompt, and I was told 45 minutes and the tech would be out. The tech called said he was on his way and he showed up in a very timely manner. I wish I remembered the gentleman's name but he was professional and had a smile on his face happy to help even on a Sunday of all days. He diagnosed the issue fast and had my heat back on in no time after making the repairs. I was informed my furnace will need to be replaced he gave me a quote which I felt was extremely fair priced. I will definitely be using Crome Mechanics again for the replacement and any other services that may be needed along my new home journey. Thank you again Crome Mechanics for such an amazing first experience in HVAC services.
