The entire staff at Crome Mechanical were nothing but pleasant and a pleasure to work with! Brian and Austin did a great job installing our new furnace and air unit and their attention to detail was impeccable! I will most definitely refer them to any and all that have heating and cooling needs!

Sean is very thorough and explains everything that he inspects and the maintenance he preforms.

I noticed our furnace had stopped working as the temperature in the house was dropping. I called Crome Mechanical and they had a technician at my house within an hour. He repaired the furnace and thankfully it is now working properly.

Air conditioner stopped blowing cold over the weekend. Called Chrome and by Monday afternoon Brian A. showed up at my house. Within 10 minutes Brian had the problem diagnosed and the repair completed. A relatively inexpensive electrical part needed to be swapped out. Really appreciate the honesty of Chrome, they could have told me I needed a new air conditioner unit and I would not have known the difference.

Chrome Machinical installed my new furnace and air conditioning systems. The team was professional and did a great job both times. My heating bill dropped by 50% after the new heating system was installed. We recommend Chrome Mechanical to anyone looking for a fair deal, professional installation and quality product.

Following a thorough job on installation, the clean-up exceeded expectations, and the crew took the time to explain the function/operation of the A/C equipment in detail. I'm very happy with Crome Mechanical and highly recommend them for heating and cooling needs.

I called Crome to perform and annual system maintenance on my furnace, a/c, and hot water heater. My primary focus was on the furnace. A representative of Crome came to my home, evaluated/checked my furnace, and recommended I purchase a new furnace because of the noise it was making and condition. He did not provide and solution for the noise other than the new furnace. This recommendation would have cost me $4,000.00, if followed.

I purchased a new blower fan and tightened up a few loose ends and the furnace in much quieter and performs well. This home fix cost me $130.00.

The inspection was less than other furnace maintenance/insulation companies. However, I'm glad I did independent follow up on Crome's visit.
