Crome Mechanical Heating & Cooling

Our furnace went out over the weekend and I called crome and they had someone over first thing Sunday morning ! They had to order a new part, which came in the next day and by Tuesday our furnace was back in working order ! Blaine and Gabe were our service technicians and they were professional and both very nice ! Highly recommended!

We have been repeat customers because of prompt service that has met all our expectations.

Gabe and Austin were great, very pleasant, knowagable and professional. As they are the "face" of Crome Mechanical you are fortunate to have such ambassadors. So far everyone if talked to at Crome has been fantastic. Thank you

10.4.2021 update
Had my fall furnace tune/check up, Brian performed the service as he did in the spring on the AC. He did a great job and made sure we were all set for the upcoming season. Crome has been very pleasant and professional to work with, it's been over a year since they replaced our furnace and AC, we so glad we went with them.

I have a 100% satisfaction with Crome Mechanical in everything they have installed or serviced since I built this house - a Lennox furnace, Lennox central air, humidifier and two on demand water heaters. They have never let me down in any way at all. I find this happily amazing, actually. Today Brian A was out to do seasonal check up on the AC and to solve a problem that he immediately diagnosed - seriously, in about 20 seconds! He was neat and tidy, respectful, and efficient! People such as Brian are why we choose Crome for ALL our mechanical needs!

Great company to do business with. We had our furnace replaced, air conditioning added, and ducts reworked. Gabe and Tanner installed all of this for me and kept me updated the whole time. Their craftsmanship with the ductwork was better than I could have imagined. Very happy with this company and will use them for all of my maintenance.
