They are listed by our builder as the emergency heating and cooling contact but couldn't contact them for a couple of days, then couldn't come until Monday (happened Friday evening). I have Ashma and two small kids, and this happened during the air quality issue (Smoke from Canada) so I cannot leave the windows open. Very aggressive and rude, insisted that we used the wrong filter even though we used the filter the AC user manual stated to use so our warranty was voided. Wouldn't address the drip pan they installed that was leaking into our basement. Would not recommend.

Professional, on time and was very descriptive regarding what he was doing to fix our ac. Also gave us some helpful tips to prolong our equipment. Very happy with service.

Barney has helped us a few times. Super reasonable charging when he came out and gave us troubleshooting tips over the phone whereas most companies would charge you $80 for a house call on something quick and easy you could do yourself. Great local company!
