If you make an online ‘same day’ purchase order, after 2 pm it’s not available until up to 8:30 pm the following day- a 30 minute window before the business closes. In my experience, if a ‘same day’ (after 2 pm) order is delayed 24 hours + after the order is placed, you won’t get any notification of the delay.

My recent print services order turned out horribly. I received a follow up call on my order advising there was an issue with my image that wasn’t detectable when creating the order or on Staple’s end but was resulting in a distorted product. I’m promptly complied- supplying 2 alternate images. I never heard anything back and assumed the issue was able to be resolved. I called to follow up on my order’s at EOB on the order’s guaranteed date and learned it would not be available for pick up until the following day. I also learned that there was an issue with one of the printers, resulting in a delay for my order and others.

Customer service was okay. I sincerely appreciated the initial call informing me of the issue but I’m left wondering if I ended up with the initial botched order- I can tell from the images that the ‘back up’ I supplied was not used.

While I recognize that quality can be subjective, a print shop should have foresight as to what is and isn’t worth a customer’s money. I wished I would’ve be contacted, informed there was an issue with my print that would impede it’s quality and been done with it. I would’ve been frustrated that my order couldn’t be completed but thankful that I didn’t waste time and money. In reality, I waited over a 24 hour period for a same day, time sensitive, order that was meant for the garbage. Now I’m taking my order and business to another local shop in town. I won’t be back for business again.

Took my computer in for service. Could not be happier with the service I received. Alan, the tech really knows his stuff and taught me a few things. He fixed the problem (fried power supply) and helped me pick out a battery backup and a better surge protector so I don't have the same problem again. Met the manager and staff could not have been more friendly or helpful.

Extremely helpful copy center staff. I was not exactly the easiest customer to deal with considering the number of questions and issues I needed help with, but the staff was constantly respectful and helped me with every issue I had. They even let me finish up a couple minutes after the store closed instead of kicking me out. I definitely recommend them.

I was not happy at all with my experience today. I needed something done in the copy center. A staff member was already helping someone on the phone. Another staff member came walking up (Leslie) and said to me that someone would be with me shortly. She appeared to be looking for something . She then opened the other computer and started punching in information from some cards. After standing there for 5 minutes she says to me, "yeah, we need a couple more hands here," and continued doing what she was doing. She was NOT assisting a person. Finally, 5 MORE minutes later the other girl got off the phone, helped me and I asked her if they enlarged pictures on the copier, she explained everything to me. I said," ok, I'm running out to my car and grabbing what I need to enlarge and will be right back. By the time I got back in the store, neither of them were there to help me. I'm SOOO upset.

Went in to print off a resume' for my interview. The first self print machine screen wouldn't work. We were told our infromation was removed and to start over on the second one. We did but then the machine refused to access our Google drive files. By this point we had wasted our spare time before the interview and had to leave. Was told we wouldn't be charged from the second machine either and we were. I only didn't give a 1 star review because the customer service was really nice and I felt she was actully sorry the machines kept acting up.

The management at this location is terrible. After asking for one product, she dismissed my request stating it wasn’t in store yet without even looking. After checking inventory online it designated that it had 4 in store. They asked a gentleman to look and he hardly moved a notebook to look in the overhead storage. The manager then came back stating that it was on a back pallet. Could it have been found with more effort? Possibly, but the team here didn’t even try! Where is customer service nowadays???

Awesome customer service! Others should take a lesson from your store. Your employee that waited on me didn't have a name tag however I witness her deal very politely with a very rude customer. Keep up your integrity. Your an awesome store.

Like one of the other customers, I don't ordinarily write reviews. However, the customer service I received moments ago on the telephone was terrible. I had a simple question about whether the store had a certain kind of ink cartridge, and the woman on the phone sounded exasperated by my question. I gave her the type of printer, model number, and the specific type of ink cartridge I needed, and clarified that I needed ink, not toner, After being on hold for roughly eight minutes, she returned, gruffly asked, "still there?" then asked me for all the information again, and followed up with "I believe we have it in stock." After taking almost 10 minutes to check for a specific type of ink cartridge, how don't you know definitively if you have it or not? I don't want to drive out there and discover you don't have it. Purely out of habit I thanked her, and received a "Yup, bye now" in response. I think I'll take my business somewhere else.

Honestly, the worst retail establishment I have ever been to. I needed help finding a product, and they simply refused to help me find it. The manager was as rude as could be, and didn't even attempt to help me. The guy at the front of the store told me he couldn't help me find the product because he couldn't leave the front. I guess there wasn't a soul working that day that could help me find the product. GO TO OFFICE DEPOT. I went to Office Depot and they directed me to the same exact isle that Staples thought the product should be in, but low and behold it wasn't there. However, this is were the stores diverged--Office Depot actually had someone come and help me find the item. I will never shop at a Staples ever again.
