4-Seasons Furnace Company

My furnace stopped working a couple of days ago and we are going out of the country tomorrow. It is end of December , dangerous for losing heating. As an old customer, I called Randy who was out of town but he connected me to Ben. Ben came in yesterday, identified the problem, and ordered a replacement part. This morning, he came in and installed the part. The service is excellent and Ben is such a pleasant and professional young man! The company installed the replacement furnace, heater, and air conditioner in my old house a few years back and I was impressed by their services. This year, I am going to let them to do similar replacements for my new house. What a great family business to serve us local families!

I have used 4 Seasons for several years to maintain my AC unit and have been happy with the services provided and the fair price charged. I recently requested quotes from several local HVAC companies to replace my aging furnace and AC unit. The 4 Seasons quote was very competitive and the term of warranty on the Trane equipment was twice as long as those from other vendors. The technicians who installed the equipment were fantastic and finished the job in the timeframe promised. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase from 4 Seasons.

It is so easy to book online with 4-seasons and they will actually show up, even in less than 24hrs. If there is an open slot in their calendar, they'll be there. And on top of this they are really good at what they do. Over the years we've been very happy with their work.

Four Seasons is an amazing heating and cooling company. The owner and his son are such nice, kind people. I have interacted with this company on multiple occasions and each time the customer service has been above and beyond. Their prices are the best in Ann Arbor by far. They are honest and trustworthy. They are extremely responsive and went out of their way to help me, even when they were already very busy. I can't say enough good things about them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing an AC or furnace.

I wanted to leave another review but am only able to modify the previous one. We had requested service from them again, our AC was not working properly, blowing cool air but without any real force.

Once again stellar service in every way. I was contacted via phone as the repair was ongoing, we were kept up to date on the potential costs and what was being done. The best part, Randy never tried to up sell, even when parts could have been replaced he was reluctant to do so. Amazing. In this day and age when everyone is out to make a buck he's an honest man. Please do yourself a favor and try them out. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing service and SUPER easy scheduling. Other AC companies take note!

We lost our AC about a week back and had to deal with 85+ degree temps in the house. Called around and around, asked friends and family. After attempting to get a call back from multiple companies we found Four Seasons and their super easy scheduling system. Honestly, we were a little skeptical that using such a feature would work out but lo and behold the next morning they stopped by on schedule and on time. Amazing.

I was at work but my wife gave me the play by play on what was happening. He was super friendly and prompt, didn't try to up sell my wife and identified the issue quickly. Bad capacitor & fried wires. He made the fix and with all costs it was less than $500 for the fix, repair and inspection. Amazing.

Thank you to the whole Four Seasons team, keep up the good work you guys! You have now have two new, and happy clients!

I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with 4 Seasons for installation of a new furnace and central air. They were responsive, courteous, and highly competent. They offered a competitive quote, and completed the job even faster than expected. These guys know their stuff!

We were most impressed and grateful for the experience that we had today with four seasons after losing our heat in the evening and having it repaired and fully functioning the next day. Randy was so very lovely, efficient and knowledgeable.

Randy is my HVAC hero! After another contractor cancelled installation the night prior, I quickly found Four Seasons online. Randy called me back almost immediately and scheduled a consultation/quote for the next day. He then ordered the system and his team came to install within just a few days after consultation. My overall customer experience was stellar! Add to this that you can't beat Four Season's pricing, the mini-split unit was the highest quality, and the install was professional and pain-free, and these guys earned every star of this five-star rating. Four Seasons is awesome. They (Ben) quickly got out to my friends house yesterday and restored her AC for a super reasonable price. Oddly enough my own AC then went out late yesterday afternoon, and though I opted to fix it myself, I was able to get the exact part I needed from them this morning. Indeed I met Randy in a neighborhood he was working, got what I needed and about 45 minutes later I was back with cold air.

My A/C mysteriously stopped working one day, and based on what I had read online I was worried that I would need a new compressor. After contacting Four Seasons they scheduled an appointment quickly, and saved me money by showing me that it was a much easier fix than I had feared. Randy and Ben made the entire experience quick, easy and painless. It's great to see a company in this industry run with integrity and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Ann Arbor area.
