Really good service from K&W. Our furnace died one morning and they had someone immediately come out to get it running again, as well as write up a quote for a new system (ours was 20+ yrs old and this was the sign we needed to replace it). Installation was scheduled in a couple days and completed in two. Courteous and professional team. We're happy with their services and would stick with them.

During the first big ice storm my power went out almost immediately and my backup generator did not come on. I contacted the company that has serviced it for several years. I was told they might be here the next day. I tried calling again two days later and their voicemail box was full. I have still never heard from them.
I called another company recommended by a friend. They aid they might be here tomorrow. I finally got a call from them 3 weeks later.
I heard an ad for Koch & White on W4 Country one morning. I called them and someone was here that afternoon! Amazing service! A part needed to be ordered but in less than a week it was installed.
I highly recommend Koch & White. They are my new go to company for heating/cooling/generator service.

I have been a customer for nearly 10 years. I had a serviceman out because I was experiencing a musty smell when turning on the furnace. The serviceman came out while my wife was home (I was at work) and looked at the furnace itself, but did not check the condensation pump or the humidifier (the main components that may contain moisture). He said it was most likely a normal smell and started the paperwork on the $90 service call. I called and had to convince him to go back and check the condensation pump. When he did, he found that it was full of mold. And this is the same company I have been paying every year to clean and check my furnace. The response I got from the service manager was "not every furnace has a condensation pump" and "my technicians are supposed to clean the pumps if needed during a furnace maintenance for an additional charge". Obviously, they hadn't done that. This was a failure in service that resulted in a potential health risk for my family. I was in no way satisfied by the customer service response I received and have lost all faith in Koch & White.

Shortly after I moved to my current home last year, I remodeled two rooms in my basement, and laid premium vinyl tile in both rooms. Next, my furnace needed replacing, so I went with a firm I had years of experience with - Koch and White- to replace my furnace and install a new humidifier. Unfortunately, their technicians drained my new humidifier into a floor drain without testing the drain first. The drain was not able to accommodate the additional condensate from the humidifier, and my brand new floors were completely ruined (flooded) and had to be removed. My initial conversations with K&W made me think that they accepted liability, since they didn’t test the drain. (Five licensed professionals have since told me you should ALWAYS test a drain.) K&W agreed to have their insurance adjuster call me. The adjuster called, was extremely cocky on the phone, asked a few simple questions, informed me that they “NEVER test the drains” and, without ever setting foot in my home, denied any responsibility. Two days later I received a denial letter in the mail. I never heard another word from Koch and White.

It doesn’t matter how good your product and services are if you don’t stand behind them. The amount I paid to have my floors mitigated then replaced would have been chump change to Koch and White. But to a senior on social security, it was huge. Lesson learned. Never again.

K&W just got done replacing my old a/c. They spent several hours in the pouring rain. Clint and Caleb were cheerful, efficient, and meticulous. They answered all my questions with a great deal of patience and cleaned up beautifully. I can't recommend K&W highly enough. Just an outstanding business.

Matt came out to do a troubleshoot on our broken A/C on a 90 degree day. Gave us our options and was back out within 48 hours with the parts to get it fixed. Great crew at Koch & White!

From scheduling, constant communication, all the way to the tech and their quality work, we were very happy with the experience. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Koch and white this past week. Service guy came out and was really nice, told me I needed a new furnace 🥴 and then helped me schedule an install for 2 days later. They came and installed it promptly and when I thought it smelled like gas today, Matt the emergency maintenance guy came out super quick and made me feel a lot better. Super appreciate it & will recommend to everyone!

Koch and White were recommended to me by my neighbors who had wonderful experiences with the company for heating and cooling. I had maintenance, flushing, and repair planned for my water heater. The customer service, manager, and service technicians (Joe and Zach) were tremendous and personable. Scheduling was quick, the service technicians were prompt and knowledgeable, and the manager (Steve) went above and beyond to meet my needs. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Could not be more pleased with the experiences.
