Koch and White is the best and I have been using their silver and now gold contract for furnace, humidifier, water heater and air. Great service and advice on issues you might have . Technician Joe is the best and I give him 5 stars as well. Contract is well worth the cost.

Amazing phone staff, ease of selection on appointment. Dialed in the time super tight and arrived 5 min early. Even called me the day before for confirmation. Matt and helpers went above and beyond! When my water heater died--on a day when overnight guests were arriving--they came promptly and, sensing my distress, managed to install a new water heater the same day.
When the building inspector came to check the work, he told me it was one of the best installations he'd seen.
Am I satisfied? YOU BETCHA!!!

Outstanding job! They come prepared and are super nice and courteous. Our furnace stopped working and they made it out very quickly! Even though it was hard to diagnose the problem, the technician never gave up trying different parts until he figured out what was wrong. Thank you Koch & White!!

Had an emergency with no heat after hours. Left a message and got a call back in a timely manner, had someone out to my home within 20 minutes or so with only a $135 service fee. The technician was very very nice and very educating. I would highly recommend using Koch & White.

I don't know how they are with residential service but I do know that when it comes to commercial service and installation they're not very good. I as a service tech have followed behind them on numerous occasions for fixing their mistakes. They have come in and low balled many bids to get a job. Then when the equipment was an incorrect application, installation, or there was problems with the equipment, they would just keep coming out to put a bandaid on it. Just to keep it running until the warranty was up, then to tell the customer they are not working on the faulty equipment anymore or supporting it with the warranty. Then I have to tell the customer they are stuck with what they put in or they are going to have to pay a significant amount of money to make it right. Sounds like a Holmes on Homes TV show, Hi Hi. I can undarstand that things happen sometimes where no matter what you can not please a customer or things go south. But to have it happen on a consistant basis shows a company trend. I have lost money on jobs to make things right with the customer in order to show integrity and honesty with them. This has worked out for future business with a lot of customers numerous times. Well thanks to them I have loyal customers now that wont go back to them.

These guys did both the HVAC and furnace upgrades for a new addition on my house, as well as helped with the air conditioner breakdown I had this past week. Very friendly and helpful in both experiences, I would definitely call them again.

I wanted my heating and cooling system serviced, so it would be good for the summertime. The service rep showed up and thanked me for my service (he saw my Veteran plate) and it all went downhill from there. I showed him where the system was, he spend 10 or 15 mins inside, than went outside. I saw him scoop back some of the mulch next to the air conditioning unit than get on the phone for 20 mins. He than came inside, stated that because of the mulch, he could not complete the service outside. He than stated because of our air filter, he could not complete the service inside. He gave an estimate of $400 in repairs and than asked for the full service charge of $89 dollars. So if you want a company that will charge you for not completing their work and asking for more money for unneeded work that a garden hoe and 2 minutes of labor would have fixed, go with these guys!

No idea where these negative reviews are coming from. The service I received was outstanding, everyone I spoke with from the beginning to the end of my project was extremely helpful, they gave me a fair price, and the work was completed in a timely manner. I look forward to working with Koch and White in the future.

Randy replaced my furnace (after giving it one extra, undeserved year of life), installed a humidifier, and repaired my air conditioner; all have been trouble-free since then. He exudes a quiet self-confidence that is borne out by his accurate assessments of problems. I thought his prices were on the low side, especially in light of his quality work. Haven't needed him for over a year, but I'll turn to him for any problems in the future.
