Tommy opened the fire dampers on my furnace and replaced the humidistat on the humidifier. He was knowledgeable and proficient and friendly. He also gave me some helpful pointers. It was a pleasant repair experience.

We've used Koch and White a number of times over the years and they always go above and beyond! This weekend our AC stopped working. They had scheduled a repair person for Tuesday morning, but called Monday afternoon saying their schedule had opened up and they were able to repair it a day early! On one of the hottest days of the years it was fortunate to get such great service. We highly recommend them!

We have used Koch & White for many years and have always been impressed with their work. They have maintained our heating/AC system for several years and are now scheduled to install a new system for both this fall. We are very pleased with the products they use and their staff is always courteous and knowledgeable.

Installed New Carrier AC unit. Installed on time and works great. Cleaned up and made sure everything worked fine. Replaced my existing thermostat and ready for summer. Price was good and they did not try to upsell me to a model I didn't need. Registered the product on my behalf and all my questions were addressed quickly. Would definitely recommend.

What great customer service! We called late afternoon Wednesday and a cheerful voice scheduled us for Friday service. Ten minutes later, we received a call that our repairperson was on the way! Wow! Our repairman Andy P. was so informative and knew exactly what to do. He was able to clean and repair our A/C unit in about 45 minutes and had a smile on his face most of the time. What a wonderful man! Thank you Andy P. Thank you Koch and White.

I was so pleased with the service at Koch & White.... art fair week...stupid hot....friends coming in for the week and my AC goes out... I called late afternoon, they were able to come out the next day. The service window was between 9 and 1 and they came at 10:15, they were friendly, fast and had my house cooling in no time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good repair place.

They are just fabulous! We moved into our home 20 years ago. That first winter, our furnace died and we called our usual heating person; they told us they could come in 2 days! It was cold and so were we. We looked through the phone book and called Koch and White who did not know us. They came that day; they became our new heating and cooling service. That first experience has been replicated in many ways over the last 20 years. They are not the least expensive service in the area, nor the most expensive. However, if we rate cost and service, they are the best value for the money I can imagine.

AC went out in the middle of a week long heat wave. No AC Saturday night and Sunday. Contacted K&W at 8:30am. They promised technician would be over between noon and 5pm. He arrived at 11:30am and my AC was up and running by 12:30.
Everyone was courteous and efficient. Recommend them highly.

We contacted Koch and White to help us with getting heat to one room and to start a service relationship where they would annually inspect our HVAC. We were told that the heat to the room solution might not work. However we decided to try it first. We never got our HVAC's inspected per the original contract. Several months later I call back and ask for the inspections again and inform them the heat solution did not work. I left a message and have never received a return call. Therefore I cannot recommend them nor would I use them the future

Cold sets in in MI, complete panic when your house isn't heating up! And we had insulation update 6 months ago?!

No reason to worry.....Koch & White rep Sally helped us OVER THE PHONE. Fan issue. So thankful for this team, new furnace in pur previous home, only maintenance in our current home, but we will definitely continue patroning them!! Great service.
