Low levels of inventory and stock. Extremely slow service and the woman behind the print counter couldn't be bothered to help with the growing line or the senior citizen who was confused by the fax machine. Wish this one was more like the location in oak valley.

Manager refused to honor price match policy, citing exclusions that weren't listed in the policy, then started to service another customer.

I tried making some business cards again because they keep loosing the ones I've made before. I asked for help 3 times, the woman that was working acted like I was bothering her, and her answers where rude, short, and not helpful. I don't think I'll be coming back to this store again.

The printing person was very rude and charged extra for asking in a rich even though no one ever did that before. Long wait time as well since only one person worked at the printin station.

Staff is helpful and kind! Place is clean, they have a lot to choose from, and whatever they don't have you can do an online order for it and I'll have it there very shortly!

Torri at the register was amazing and made feel like i was the only customer there. She deserves a pay increase or award or something

Absolutely horrific customer service. I never leave these kinds of reviews, but truly could not be worse. Way understaffed, always.

One of those places you forget even still exists... that said, they have a great selection of office supplies and I find products there that I need.
