This review is for Claudia who helped me with printing escort cards for an event. Someone else had printed them she called and let me know that they were ready for pickup and couldn’t quality approve them because they looked awful. I went in later that day and she helped me decide on paper where they’d print much nicer and said to come pick them up the next day. I explained that it was fine but really needed them today and she said she would work on them and do her best. She called me not even an hour later and said they were all set and ready for pickup. Claudia was a godsend .. Claudia for president! Give this woman a raise staples!

Shopping at this Store for a number of years, it has stepped its game. Incorporating UPS, TSA, the copy center - great additions. The many items easy to find, store bright and clean. All you need for school, business and home office. Staff friendly and helpful. You find what you need for sure!

I went in today to get last minute pamphlets printed for my small business that I am building, honestly coming to this location is a hit or miss - especially in the Copy & Printing Department. ALL of their computers were down... why???? Last time I went there, their computers were as slow as molasses in turn charging you more money for the time you're on them; now they just don't work. Regardless I walked up to the Register and one of their employees was my hero of the day. Angel (from Copy & Print Dept.), acknowledged me promptly, was able to provide me with the quality of paper I needed to make a great first impression for building the foundation of my small business at a last minute social networking event (my first ever at that). Angel had the know-how to get me in and out, time is very precious to me and he shaved some of my stress off today. Great, helpful and knowledgeable employees make the world of a difference, this location has way more helpful employees than some other Staples locations I've visited in the past. I just don't have total faith in the Copy & Print Department, their equipment needs some attention/upkeep.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: The print shop staff is terrific. Very nice. Very helpful. HOWEVER, I ordered my holiday cards from Staples and they were awful. The printing is does not look nice, very cheap looking. Nothing at all like they preview online. I am going to try to return them. I am not sending them to anyone as they are really poorly done. Will repost when I find out if store will take them back. SO DISAPPOINTED. Other printing jobs I have sent have been excellent such as posters, booklets, etc. Only the holiday cards have been bad/unusable.

Not many store locations and online shopping is not very easy to insure you get exactly what you wanted based on the photos and descriptions they provide, besides the website is a little confusing

HORRIBLE Customer Services. NO one answers any questions, your suppose to just figure everything out yourself. If you ask for help, they just ignore you.
