I used the Mass Save Loan to install central air in my house. Suburban HVAC made the whole process very simple and were always there to answer any question I had. The entire installation only took 4 days and the crew that was here was very professional. During the installation members from Suburban would stop by periodically to check in and see how everything was going. I was very pleased by the whole experience and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for HVAC specialists.

Could not be more pleased with the way in which my old AC equipment was removed, including old duct work, and the new Carrier AC was installed. Both installers were not rushed and knew exactly what they were doing. They responded to my questions as the work progressed. Old equipment was removed from my premises each day of their work. I was impressed with how the outside unit was positioned on a platform leveled with crushed stone. I world recommend Suburban.

We were concerned about the status of our older air conditioning system / Condenser. Then I remembered that that I had replaced the condenser the previous year. I then called Suburban for an evaluation. Bobby Rinn came out to perform the inspection and educate us on the Suburban HVAC company customer care. Bobby said "At Suburban, we won't sell you anything you don't need". He suggested they send out their technician to perform an Annual Tune-up and see the status of our system. The technician came out, performed our tune-up and our system was working perfectly just a little on the "older side", but OK. During this process, Bobby called and kept in touch to make sure we were always updated on the status of our inspection. Bobby Rinn was perfect and had great customer service skills. Yes, we are NOW customers of Suburban HVAC and trust their judgement. I also like how they informed us of the status of our appointments via text, phone call and e-mail. Love the text as it was so efficient to acknowledge upcoming appointments. Thanks Bobby and everyone at Suburban !

Came and fixed our furnace (dirty flame sensor). They were able to come same day. Highly recommend!

I was extremelly satisfied with the service I received for my annual AC checkup and maintenance. My technician was Dan who was simply put fabulous. Not only was he extremely friendly and respectful, but he was very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and was so professional in his care of my AC unit. Dan is a complete asset to Suburban HVAC and I will request his services in the future should I ever need service. Thank you.

Replaced two heaters and AC units. Worked with Bobby. Got what I felt was a great deal. Work got done right away with the install techs working outside in sub zero temps, through the holidays. Very professional, prompt, and easy to work with. Would recommend.

Suburban HVAC of Westwood recently installed both a new furnace and hot water heater in my home. Having an issue with the hot water heater and wanting to resolve the problem before the warranty expired, I called Suburban. What I received was only lip service and a lack of returned calls.
Only after posting my first evaluation on Google did I receive a call on the following day from one of the principles of the company, Mike Deal. He first asked me to take down my evaluation, which I was NOT willing to do UNTIL the problem was resolved. He then made arrangements for his experienced installer to come out the next morning, which he did. That was on June 22. The installer told me he would get back to me by the end of THAT week. Well, it is now July 18 and I have not heard from anyone.
On another note, which seems to be consistent with their operation, I was told there was $200 federal tax CREDIT, which my accountant said was not true when I filed my taxes. (This tax credit is documented on my signed contract with Suburban). What is also strange is that when I recently went back to review my initial post on Google, IT WAS ALTERED!
So, let me repeat part of my initial post. If you want ONLY lip service and NO service or follow up, then Suburban is a good choice!

If you are in the market for a new heating system or an evaluation of your existing unit, I would recommend Suburban. Bobby and Michael were very helpful in accessing my heating and central system for energy efficiency.

They replaced our heating and air conditioning equipment in both systems in our house. I found them easy to work with them and very accommodating. Not everything was done perfectly, but they had no hesitation about doing everything I asked. There were no extra costs beyond their original quote. At the completion of the job they gave me a series of forms to apply for rebates with everything filled out that they could.

We recently had a ductless system w/ heat pump installed. Post installation support with home visit by Bobby R. was unrushed and thorough; all questions answered thoughtfully and fully. Sales rep and support staff at the office were responsive throughout the installation and included product registration and product rebate support. Would recommend.
