    My sales agent was knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of concerns and questions and he answered all of them. We came together on a fair price. The whole sales process was great. The installation customer service team scheduled the installation in a timely manner and when I needed it. The installation local company that was assigned met my every expectation. The technician had over 35 years of experience and it showed. He also was very patient with me. He went above and beyond. Every detail of the installation was done with skill and attention to detail. My system is working perfectly. Thank you very much. I would recommend working with Sears to anyone I know.

    The contractor who installed our basement door that leads to the garage did an excellent job. They were professional, thorough and helpful.
    Scheduling the installation was not as smooth. They changed the time frame and then gut that wrong as the installers came two hours earlier than expected. I was about to go out but changed my plans to get the installation done.

    The install team hired by Sears was fantastic. They showed up a bit earlier than expected, but did all of the physical work in a quick and professional manner. The electrician, however, was not well prepared for my setup, and had to come back an additional two times to get the AC working. Now I have AC and Heat, but the fan only option on the thermostat is not functioning. 2 out of 3 isn't bad, but it is not ideal.

    We will never purchase any items from Sears again after our experience ordering a door from their company. The salesman assured us that the biggest benefit of ordering a door or any product from a bigger company is their desire for superior customer service, but that was far from the case for us. Their treatment of us as customers and despicable customer service is something we will never chance again:
    1. We ordered the door on the condition that it would be installed in May, but we were pressured by the warehouse to install it in April.
    2. We arranged to have the door installed before noon on the last Saturday in April because we were hosting an event; they showed up at 3 p.m.
    3. They showed up with the wrong door.
    4. During the window they were supposed to install the door and the rest of the weekend, we were unable to make contact with anyone responsible for the door installation.
    5. Despite leaving voicemails and calling repeatedly, nobody called us back until the Friday after.
    6. We were never able to get in touch with anyone from the district office. It took the national office getting involved for us to hear from anyone who could help us with the situation.
    7. The door was installed on June 9, over a month after it was supposed to be installed.

    Do not bother using Sears HVAC/Heating services. We tried twice to have them come out and give us an estimate on an HVAC system for our home and each time they never kept any appointments. The 1st round we set up 3 different appointments and each time they did not show up. Approximately 6 months later we went thru the same process - we gave them a second chance. Same result - no one showed up for any of the appointments. Do not waste your time ever with Sears service - if they can't make a single appointment to give an estimate what is going to happen if they actually get the job to perform your service. I would imagine you'd be disappointment because most likely they won't show up when they are supposed to and you'll be taking time off and wasting your time.

    This is the wost business ever. After blowing me off several times, i gave them a third chance to install my windows. Had to take two different vacation days and a personal day to get the project done. Still i have to keep on making phone to get it done. Very unorganized and not respecting customers' time. I wish i had gone with someone else. Didn't get the windows that i chose. If that was not for them billing me prior to the work being done.

    I do not recommend sears home improvement services for anything! I was overcharged for inferior services. Sears blamed the installers for any concerns i've raised after taking 5+ weeks to respond to my concerns. It's been a nightmare.

    Over a month ago we were supposed to have a door installed. The installers showed up 7 hours late with the wrong door. I have now been trying for over a month to get anyone from this office to call me back to deal with this. This is the single worst customer service experience I have ever had.
