I found James in a Google search the day the pipes in my Utility closet froze and burst! It was a Saturday morning, and my emergency phone call was returned within minutes...he arrived at my house ½ hour later! As soon as the DPW replaced the water meter that exploded, James and his Team had everything back up and running in no time. It wasn’t a couple of weeks later that I reached back out asking if would remodel my laundry closet. Team moved electrical, rerouted dryer pipe behind a custom-built shelving unit his carpenter created, installed tile as well as Quartz countertop, sized/fitted an iron bar I imagined in my head for hanging clothes on, and finished it off 8-pane window French Doors. James’s business produces high quality work. They're attentive, responsive, efficient, polite, and professional. I highly recommend this business to anyone in an emergency or looking to make upgrades to their home.

2 stars for getting the job done.. do not pick this company if you want to be over-charged. they charged me $3,000 for installation of water heater that took them 45 minutes to do and re-wiring of my heat pump for AC to work. they were also not transparent about the pricing throughout the whole process only to give me the $3,000 bill at the end of the completed service. this company is also not responsive at all. they told me they would come back to clean the heat pump and never did even though I tried to follow-up with them. although this is a family run business, they are unprofessional and over-charge their customers. Would not recommend.

James was fantastic. Our water boiler broke during a week of record low temps. He had the part we needed overnighted and what could have taken weeks to fix, he did in two days. He will definitely be our first call if we need help again!

This man James is unbelievable. He fixed my plumbing in just a few hours and I haven't had any issues since. He also walked my dogs for me once he finished. Best plumber ever!

We had an amazing experience with James and his team. We had a heating disaster happen in the dead of winter and when I called James he got right back to me (when others needed days), and immediately texted me with a quote and his recommended approach. His team was able to come in the next morning to completely replace our heating system. He kept in touch with me the entire day to give me updates on the progress and even came the next day to look at the work and ensure everything was up to his standards from his team. I've truly never had such a great experience with a contractor like this and he helped us out in a huge bind. Fast, customer-service oriented and really knowledgeable -- would highly reco!

James and his team did an excellent job with the plumbing work at our house - installing new fixtures, bringing a water line to the freezer and more. He also helped us out in a pinch on a weekend when we needed someone to consult on our drains in the basement. I highly recommend James and his company - they go above and beyond to ensure things are done correctly!

Gas furnace was installed in the attic timely and professionally, I would recommend James to friends and family over big brand franchises.

Update: water heater tank leaked within warrantee. I took a few photos and texted James, and I got a brand new gas water heater the second day. James took care of the paperwork to get a free replacement and I only paid a competitive service fee. Great job as always, highly recommended.

Our water heater failed on a late Saturday morning, water all over the basement, that same old story. Called several “24-hour” plumbing services and James A. Dalelis Plumbing actually answered. Gave us a very reasonable estimate, They contacted two technicians who bought a new water heater from Home Depot on their way because their warehouse was closed. They kept in touch every step of the way, texting us their location and ETA. The techs were pleasant, professional and very efficient- new water heater installed, old one carted away, and we had hot water by 3:00 p.m. Highly recommend this outfit.

I would recommend him and his company for any plumbing, HVAC, or remodeling needs. The owner (James) personally took time to thoroughly explain the issue and his process to fix it. He was so patient and explained until I fully understood and he even took extra time to find the best deal on replacement parts. They are the best and go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction!
