Suburban installed heat pumps to replace both our gas furnace and our air conditioning. They did a very clean job and the system seems to be working perfectly. Their bid was competitive with the several others that we received. We selected them because they worked with us to design the best system to meet our unique needs. We are all around very pleased with the outcome.

My expectations were surpassed by the sales and service teams at Suburban. They were polite, informative and timely with their answers to my questions. Kenny was especially helpful.

The installers- Andrew and Nate were prompt and respectful of our home. They were sure to clean up after themselves and were pleasant to have around.

I would highly recommend Suburban for anyone looking for HVAC services.

Suburban installed a combination of heat pump and gas furnace in February of 2023, replacing old failing gas furnace and AC in our house. We interviewed a number of local companies prior to selecting Suburban for this work We were really anxious to learn how this combination would work and had many questions Suburban employees were able to address highly professionally and in details. All paperwork and installation was done in timely manner, and we received all rebates and incentives as promised. I liked that our rep, Bobby, was very knowledgeable about how the ductless AC/heat pumps work, so that he could answer our nitty gritty questions. At the same time, he was upfront and clearly explained our options regarding rebates and what a partial vs full displacement means. After install he was responsive to yet more questions. The crew that installed the system was fast-working, courteous and considerate of our neighbors. I would strongly recommend Suburban HVAC for anyone considering installing ductless AC/heat pump whether they were interested in energy rebates or not.

We used Suburban to replace our oil furnace with a heat pump through the Mass Save loan/rebate program. Everything was done well and on time. The crew was a pleasure to have at the house and communicated throughout the process. Highly recommend.

We were out of heat and A/C for several months starting winter 2022 until summer 2022, during which time we were keenly "auditioning" dozens of HVAC companies from all over Boston and surrounding areas. Suburban HVAC Inc. was recommended to us and it was the best recommendation we ever got.

The senior management & senior staff were fantastic & the field techs were incredible (have a look at the furnace they installed -- it looks like an MIT engineering exhibit -- see attached photo). They have a knack for working in tight spaces as well.

Moreover, their price was reasonable and everyone was trying to help us achieve our goal: to get an excellent heating & A/C system installed for a reasonable price, that passed all town inspections (gas, electrical, mechanical). Even the Brookline town inspectors were impressed at the solidity and intricacy of their HVAC work!

This HVAC corporation has a level of expertise and graciousness we simply haven't seen from any other company. Ken Morgan, the sales director, literally "undersold" the product and its services to us, since the installation was so much better than expected & the furnace quality was higher than expected. Jenn Harris and her HVAC services team performed an utterly outstanding job helping us and handling all our queries.

Nick and the team at Suburban HVAC exceeded my expectations for my new Heat Pump installation. The customer service was better than I have experienced for any other heating/cooling/plumbing/appliance repair in the last 8 years at my home. I will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC service or a new install. I almost never leave online reviews, but this was A+ service, which seems impossible to find these days.

Ken and his team did a great job from the outset of the bidding process, working creatively with us to meet our budget, to delivering the system in what was a complicated install in a vintage home. We are very pleased with the end product and first class manner for which the Suburban team performed, from install to their communication with us as homeowners.

We have the pleasure of working with Suburban HVAC for a number of years for routine seasonal heating and A/C maintenance. We knew immediately we wanted to work with Suburban HVAC for an A/C condenser and air handler replacement that surfaced late last summer. Suburban-HVAC swapped out an old AC compressor and air handler and installed a new Bosch Heat Pump and Air Handler that will be our entire heating and cooling system going forward.
