We had Suburban HVAC install 4 ductless mini-split A/C and heat pump units for us. Bobby Rinn worked with us to design our system and was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The installers were on-time, respectful, clean, professional and helpful.

I enthusiastically recommend Suburban HVAC. They installed a new heat pump and heat pump water heater to replace my aging oil boiler. They were recommended to me by my solar installers Revision Energy. I was immediately struck by their commitment to green energy as the future. Other companies clearly were still set in their ways, and didn't have the experience or the commitment to modern heating/cooling systems that Suburban had. Bobby Rinn, who was my point man on the install, was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The crew was always prompt and respectful of both my privacy and property, and worked quickly, cleanly, and efficiently getting the new system installed. Like any new system, it needing a little tweaking before it was running perfectly. An old line-set from my old central system started leaking when the higher pressure from the new pump ran through it. Suburban was out there the next day, and swiftly and without complaint replaced the line-set and made sure the system was running perfectly before they left. I have nothing but good things to say about the technicians, the office staff, and everybody I came in contact with at Suburban.

I recently had a mini split installed by Suburban. Bobby was very helpful and professional throughout our entire experience. The installers were great. They arrived on time, were pleasant to work with and cleaned up when they were finished. When Bobby came back for the final check in, he had all of our rebate information filled out and ready for us, and quickly installed the app on my phone. Will highly recommend them.

I am writing a post to say how much I appreciate the careful review Suburban does of the work. They have a high value system of communication and review within their organization. For example, when my boiler failed to sent hot water, a technician thought I may need a new circuit board. Before sending off for an expensive circuit board for my Buderus Boiler, three of them discussed it in house; they sent a fourth person, with technician phone support, to try a wiring bypass. This solved the problem quickly and inexpensively. They saved me a lot of money, and time I would have been waiting for German parts to ship. I want to add that the staff has been great: technicians, scheduler, service biller, reception, all have been friendly, prompt and professional.

I selected Suburban after getting quotes from 4 other HVAC companies. Although my AC condenser was the problem I decided to replace the whole system furnace
and AC because it was 25yrs old. First, the office staff was quick to respond to emails and adjust my quote as needed.
The installer PHIL and his assistant were awesome! The install was on 7/21/22 in the middle of a heat wave. The unit was located in my attic and it had to be well over 100 degrees. There shirts were soaking of sweat but not once did I hear either of them complain about the heat.
The job was completed on schedule. I would recommend Suburban for HVAC replacement or maintenance.

Professional, fair and 100% worth it. Patrick (tech) was amazing. He checked numerous issues, cleaned devices outside and inside, improved our system's ability to cool and was both polite and educational along the way. Tracey made scheduling and invoicing easy. We were having issues with our AC since moving into our home almost two years ago. We have a finicky Carrier system. We kept getting a recurring high pressure lockout error message that happened almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day. We were using the HVAC company that originally installed the system and had them out multiple times, but they never could resolve the issue. We called Suburban because they are Carrier experts. Their tech diagnosed and fixed the issue in about an hour. No more error messages! And the AC works better than it ever has. Added bonus: the condenser was super loud, which the other company told us was age and there was nothing to be done about it. After Suburban’s repair, it no longer makes all that horrible noise and hums along quietly. Will definitely use them in the future!

Suburban HVAC replaced our oil furnace with a high efficiency gas furnace and a Smart thermostat. Their staff was professional, responsive, operated safely, and finished in only a day and a half. We would definitely recommend them! They also did a duct cleaning in April 2022. Plus when our oil tank removal resulted in kitchen damage (done by another company) they worked to make it right. Bobby Rinn was a great sales rep.
