I’ve been on their “board for 4 days now”. They haven’t even come out yet. Last November they changed my panel. They came by to check on my central air and stated the my changed the filter 2 weeks ago. Since I called them Tuesday, my A/C doesn’t even turn on. I am stuck at this point because they started my work. I’m very disappointed in their service. I’m trying to be as understanding as possible but if you can’t do the work don’t take the job!

I have changed my review because I know that they are a good company. They are family owned and that’s why I use them. They came out and got my A/C working just in time for the muggy weather.
With zero exaggeration, this company is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I tried to give them zero stars, but it wasn’t allowed. If it wasn’t in my lease that I had to deal with this completely incompetent group of workers I would have switched a long time ago. Not only are their prices significantly higher than their competitors, their service is atrocious. They delivered me nearly twice as much oil than I ordered, then charged my card without informing me for the whole amount after I called and let them know about their mistake. To make it worse they even told me they would only charge me for what I ordered and I could pay for the rest at a later date. Lies! Then on the next delivery they quoted me a discount over the phone for my previous troubles then preceded to slash it in half and charge my card again before our agreed upon date. At this point I’m not sure if they are just horrible at running a business or actual thieves. Please if you have a choice use anyone else.
I've been using Genove for my oil and burner services for 2 years. The service has always been timely, professional, and quality. Highly recommend as a service provider.
I went downstairs on this cold morning only to realize I was on EMPTY. I called Rob at Genove and had a full tank before I even got out of the shower! There is service, and then there's THIS! Very impressed and thankful! Awesome job.
The Genove team is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They provide excellent service, and they’ve always been willing to take the time to answer my questions so I now have a much better idea of how to take care of my home and heating system.
I needed to replace my oil tank and Shawn and Ryan were excellent. They were professional, clean and did a wonderful job. I would recommend Genove Oil.
Hello......Want to give a shout out to Anthony who maintained my furnace yesterday. What a great addition to the Genove Family. He did a great job and in addition adjusted the hot water on my furnace for better hot water in the shower..Thank you
